SCP-XXXX after removing SCP-XXXX-A-056. SCP-XXXX-A-095 claimed that the ancient Greek deity Poseidon was responsible.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-A instances are to be kept in provisional containment chambers 001-358 and not removed from the premises of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A instances are to be fed according to standard humanoid dietary restrictions. SCP-XXXX-B instances are to be kept in the Site-26 cold-storage vaults unless otherwise instructed by the current acting Head Researcher.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an abandoned Walmart grocery store located in Western Michigan. A group of 358 humanoids1, aged 11-78 at the time of writing, reside inside of SCP-XXXX, which they are incapable of safely leaving. When an SCP-XXXX-A instance is removed from the premises of SCP-XXXX2, an anomalous weather-related phenomenon affects the local area, uniformly resulting in the death of the SCP-XXXX-A instance. SCP-XXXX-A instances claim that these events are caused by hostile deities that cannot act in the area defined by the original 1974 blueprints. Non-anomalous individuals are capable of entering and leaving SCP-XXXX without triggering anomalous weather phenomena.

SCP-XXXX-A instances practice a unique sect of Sarkicism, which involves active ritual attempts to locate, kill, and prepare deities from other pre-established religions as anomalous food3, which is generally stored in the walk-in freezer located in the back of the building.
