Special Containment Procedures: Scp-XXXX is to be kept in a sealed room of 10x10x10 meters, made out of boron compounds and filled with neon gas.
An electric current with a voltage of 10 amps must constantly pass through the entity. 10 special agents from the task force MTS OMEGA-16 (Neon Ballons) must be always present outside the cell. They must wear armors and weapons only made of SCP-148. The boron cell walls must be changed every 3 months.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a mass of neon with anomal properties.
It floats and it cannot be moved from its location, due to its effects to the matter around it. The entity emits a type of unknown radiations (from here called “P-rays") that modifies all the materials in a range of 5 meters from the object in neon gas. The strenght of this effect is proportional from the distance from SCP-XXXX and from the matter that undergoes the effect.
For example, SCP materials like SCP-148 and chemical elements that have an atomic number that is a divider of 10(the biggest the number is, the slower te substance would decay), will react slower or won't react at all.
When the neon gas producted by SCP-XXXX is crossed by an electrical current over 10 amps, the gas illuminates of blue, and an entity (SCP-XXXX-2) forms from the gas. The entity is humanoid, 3 meters tall and skinny. SCP-XXXX-2 will start wandering in a radius of 10 km from SCP-XXXX and it will affect the matter around in a similar way to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2 will start looking for organic life. When he founds it, it will attack the subject. When organic matter touches the entity, it will begin to sublimate, producing a gray gas. The entity will then start absorbing the gas. When it has “eaten" almost 200 lt of gas, it will burst and disappear.
Incident XXXX
During a rainstorm, a thunderbolt hit the Site where SCP-XXXX is contained. That produced a blackout. When the energy was reactived, the cable entering the containment room of SCP-XXXX, causing the constant electric current to aument. That caused SCP-XXXX to create SCP-XXXX-2. That caused in the death of █ █ agents.
