Description: SCP-5083 is a stuffed, sewn doll that resembles a human infant. SCP-5083 consists of large black button eyes, a sewn-on smile, a wisp of blonde hair, and a bib with the words "BABY PHIL." SCP-5083 also has a small baby bottle attached to it's left hand. SCP-5083 has also been prone to moving. If personnel is not observing SCP-5083, it will have moved to another location and possibly, escape.

Anyone who has seen SCP-5083, will immediately want to be in contact with the SCP; The subject will stop at nothing until SCP-5083 will be in their hands. They would even harm other people, or even harm themselves. If the subject would get their hands on SCP-5083, they would begin to cradle SCP-5083 for hours. The more time the subject spends with SCP-5083, the more unhappy the subject will become. The subject will soon become suicidal, and then take their own life. When the subject would cradle SCP-5083, SCP-5083's bottle will began to fill with a shiny and white liquid, reminiscent of milk. When SCP-5083 is not observed, the liquid inside SCP-5083's bottle will rapidly decrease, implying SCP-5083 is drinking it.

SCP-5083's effect only affects happy people and doesn't seem to have any effect on any subject that has shown symptoms of depression, or regret.
