Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5921 is contained inside a 15 x 15 cm box, at no time should personnel interact with the objects. In the event of a breach, Sigma-0 (“Memetics Begone”) are to be deployed for containment of 5921 and deployment of amnestics to on-site personnel. At no time should Foundation staff view, hear or otherwise interact with 5921, any attempt to rescue affected personnel are to be halted and affected deemed KIA. When entering the containment zone, the person must wear a blindfold and observation windows closed for. All videos of 5921 are to be stripped of 5921 to prevent full containment failure.

Description: SCP-5921 is a memetic producer. Memetics varies daily when in an audible state, 5921 will appear as headphones (marked SCP-5921-A) or a speaker (Marked SCP-5921-B), constantly producing memetics and in a visual state a small photo of different memetics (marked SCP-5921-C). D-4532 has reported when wearing -A in intervals of 50 minutes, an unknown voice (-A-1) will speak about the affected personals mistakes and will guilt the person into committing suicide, a theory confirmed by D-6721. Currently, 5921-A-1 is now considered sentient and violent until further tests can be made.

Addendum: Sigma-0 ("Memetics Begone") is a memetics cleanup unit for SCP-5921, at no time may Sigma-0 be used for other SCPs unless told otherwise by Senior Researcher Markus, supervisor of 5921.
