Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5260 is to be contained in a 10 x 10 x 11.5 meter room that is constructed out of cement and concrete and furnished with furniture requested requiring acceptance from the administration. Personnel with level 3 clearance or higher is automatically granted access questioning with SCP-5260. SCP-5260 is required to be given three meals a day to prevent expiration by starvation. Class-D personnel is allowed physical interaction with SCP-5260 only for testing and experimentation. SCP-5260's cell must be cleaned weekly to rid of plant overgrowth, deceased animals, deceased plant life, or any other expired or uncontrollable life. Any abominations or hostile life forms found in SCP-5260's cell must be terminated on sight.

Description: SCP-5260 is a humanoid male in its mid-twenties and has the build and size of a young adult. SCP-5260 has flowers in its hair that seems to only fall out at unpredictable time periods. Further testings have shown that these flowers have the life cycle of normal human hair and is completely made out of dead cells.1 After the blooms have fallen out, the flowers will root into the ground and continue its life as a normal flower. If the flower is picked off of SCP-5260's head, the flower acts like a flower that has been picked out of the ground.2 The reason for how this functions or how this is possible is unknown.

SCP-5260's hair color is naturally black. From further experimentation, the hair from SCP-5260 absorbs artificial and natural light. It has been concluded that SCP-5260's hair helps the flowers achieve photosynthesis so the blooms will grow normally and continue their life cycle as healthy plants. The color of SCP-5260's eyes is an abnormal color of pale purple with a hint of shimmering grey.3 SCP-5260 is extremely pale but has been noticed with splotches of freckles on its cheeks, shoulders, elbows, and knees. From the history of constantly being in sunlight for hours on end, it has been believed that this could be the main conclusion to the cause of these huge patches of dark spots on areas of SCP-5260.

SCP-5260 has the anomaly to create life from its fingertips, ranging from plant life to animal life. From what was observed, SCP-5260 has a 25% chance of creating plant life, 25% chance of creating a mutant abomination that seems to be alive 1/4 of the time, 25% chance of creating a creature that is sentient and completely hostile, and 25% chance of creating a normal living animal. All creations from SCP-5260 are all to be referred to SCP-5260-X.4 Normally when feeling distressed, SCP-5260 has a way of leaving a trail of plant life behind by every footstep it makes, making the chance of creating plant life by 50%. Whenever agitated, SCP-5260 has tendencies of making rapid spawns of the sentient and violent creatures, raising the possibility of these creatures to be created by 75%. SCP-5260 has shown no signs of being able to control or manipulate the violent and sentient creatures that it is able to form, which means these creatures have a mind of their own. Alongside the anomalies, SCP-5260 has not shown any signs of violence nor potential aggression towards any staff or faculty.

SCP-5260 has claimed it has been alive since the beginning of the first sign of life on Earth. SCP-5260 is known to be highly resilient to disease, natural causes, and age, but is highly affected by physical damage. According to SCP-5260, if it manages to die, all life on Earth will start to die alongside it. It hasn't been tried or tested to confirm this theory, but there is no use of risking it if it could have a possibility of being true.

Addendum 5260-1: SCP-5260 was originally found nude by personnel during the action of containment, but was soon given clothes while settling in its containment chamber. SCP-5260 has refused to wear any form of footwear, claiming that it feels more comfortable and confident completely barefoot.

Notes:
From finding out about SCP-5260's ability of its life creations and its many outcomes, we will be awaiting permission to change the object class from Safe to Euclid. - Dr. Gears

From cooperation and obedient behavior to all staff members, SCP-5260 will be assigned to be analyzed and observed by a researcher of the facility. There have never been any signs of anger toward any researchers or doctors in the facility from SCP-5260 and there is no doubt they would never decide to turn and harm ant personnel while being cooperative and obedient to the entire foundation. - O5-██

I'll take him. He isn't potentially dangerous or a threat. How bad can he possibly get? It's just Mother Nature. - Dr. Bright
