Special Containment Procedures: As of the writing of this article, there has been no way to contain SCP-XXXX. Any calls made to emergency services that fit the description of an SCP-XXXX manifestation are to be intercepted by foundation personnel and any nearby task force are to be deployed to the location. SCP-XXXX-2 through 42, however are to be contained in standard living units and checked on everyday.

Description SCP-XXXX is the manifestation of male humanoid entity. SCP-XXXX will manifest when at least five young adults raging from ages 18-25 are in a secluded area. Once the victims have arrived to a secluded area and began activities. SCP-XXXX will tend to manifest almost immediately if at least two (2) of the victims are engaging in sexual intercourse. The sex of the two victims does not matter and will still manifest once intercourse has begun.

SCP-XXXX will manifest out of the sight of the victims. Examples of this is the Montana Massacre, when recovered footage from Sunset Sawmill in northern Montana showed SCP-XXXX emerging from behind a tree in a opening when chasing a victim into the Sawmill.

Depending on where SCP-XXXX manifest, its clothing and weapon will change. When SCP-XXXX manifested in Tokyo, Japan, the entity had been wearing a black jacket with Japanese writing on the back that translates to, "Forgotten," in english. A black pair of baggy sweatpants and a mask that represents the oni from japanese folklore. The weapon the entity had was a microphone stand with the mic on the end being wrapped in barbed wire. It should be noted that SCP-XXXX usually manifest as a male, but on rare occasions it will manifest as a female. It is not know how or why SCP-XXXX manifest as a female, further research is required.

The manifestation will only last one hour and thirty minutes to two hours thirty minutes. During this time, SCP-XXXX will do everything in its power to kill the group it has selected to be its victims. SCP-XXXX will manifest, and if able to, pick off each victim one by one. SCP-XXXX will make noises in the dark, turn off electricity to buildings or set off car alarms, (If cars are in the area). Other ways have been observed through footage obtained by the foundation where SCP-XXXX was able douse a campfire without interacting with it as well as making quiet whispers. If SCP-XXXX can't lure out any more victims, he will then begin to make himself know by showing himself and leaving the bodies of victims it has killed for the remaining victims to find. It has been hypotheses that SCP-XXXX may do this to physiologically effect its victims.

Victims who have been lured by SCP-XXXX and out of sight of the other victims will be engaged by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX will kill the victim either using the weapon it manifested with or the environment around SCP-XXXX. Once the victim is killed, SCP-XXXX will not kill the another victim the same way it killed the first victim. In the rare scenario when emergency services arrive to a manifestation of SCP-XXXX, they will not be targeted by the entity unless they try to stop it from killing a victim.

In the event of an SCP-XXXX demanifestation with one or more victims still alive, they are to be taken into foundation custody, questioned And given class C Amnestic before being released. New procedure is to keep any and all survivors in foundation custody due to the victims obtaining new personalities and having memories of their past life being altered.

The victims of SCP-XXXX or to be referred as SCP-XXXX-2 - 42. Dr. (REDACTED)has conducted interviews with SCP-XXX-2 through 42. In each interview, SCP-XXXX-2 through 42 will refer to themselves by a different name and will become agitated if called their actual name. Altered memories can have SCP-XXX- 2 through 42 believe that one or more family member is deceased or hospitalized is the most common altered memory.

• Thinking they know how to drive without any previous knowledge or experience
• Thinking they are an addict without never using drugs before
• Believing that SCP-XXXX is a relative or close friend
• Believing that they know who SCP-XXXX is
• Thinking they need to go to the hospital when they show no signs of physical injury
• Believing they are SCP-XXXX and admitting to killing other victims
• Believing that they are (REDACTED) and wonder where the (REDACTED) is

At midnight, SCP-XXXX-2 through 42 will enter the final stage of the REM Cycle whether they are already falling asleep or still awake. SCP-XXXX-2 though 42 will be asleep from ten minutes to one hour. When SCP-XXXX-2 though 42 awaken, they will think their interaction with SCP-XXXX happened the night before and will think it's the day after. SCP-XXXX-17 has been affected the longest by SCP-XXXX and was recovered by (REDACTED). Attempts to have SCP-XXXX-2 though 42 memory restored have shown no long lasting results.

Dr. (REDACTED) I conducted this same interview yesterday. I asked you the same questions in the same order yesterday. Do you remember?
SCP-XXXX-23 (Shows signs of distress and confusion) What's going on? I want to go home!
Dr. (REDACTED) (pauses stopwatch and writes again) Thank you for your time, I had a lot on my schedule today and was worried I wasn't gonna make it. I'll see you tomorrow.

END INTERVIEW

Discovery SCP-XXXX was brought to the foundations attention when a police officer called in through his radio of a serial killer dressed in a ripped mascot uniform and wielding a metal bat, disappeared into thin air. The foundation acquired footage from the incident which shows seven people illegally entering Crystal High School. The victims were spray-painting, throwing toilet paper and two broke away from the group and went into a classroom. SCP-XXXX manifest and comes around a corner as the schools mascot. It is observed to slowly stalk the victims and begin its process of killing. Two victims were lured away and killed by SCP-XXXX. The first victim was killed by repeated blunt force trauma to the head. The second victim was (REDACTED) (REDACTED) (REDACTED). By this time, the victims grouped up together and didn't get lured away. SCP-XXXX drags the bodies of the first two victims into the open and then begins to let itself be seen from the end of halls and in dimly lit classrooms. After finding the remains of the first two victims. The group breaks up after a verbal dispute and SCP-XXXX is able to kill three more victims. The last two have called the police and begin to make their way outside. One of the victims is captured and killed by, (REDACTED) as the final victim watches. Police arrive on scene and go to the final victims aid. When SCP-XXXX comes out of the school, it goes after the final victim, ignoring the officers as they demand it to drop the weapon. When officers began firing, SCP-XXXX engaged the officers and killed all except for one who had not fired his gun. SCP-XXXX limps over to the final victim as one of his arms hangs by flesh. Before it has the chance to kill the final victim, it demanifest.

The earliest sighting of SCP-XXXX that the foundation has found is a police report from 1940. The report is a murder/homicide case that comes from Dallas, Texas. The eyewitness, 13 year old Brian Lauguave, stated that a zombie cowboy wearing a cow skull for a mask killed his family. Brain's description of how the person killed his family matches that of SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: All manifestations of SCP-XXXX will have the word, "Forgotten," somewhere on itself or weapon. It is not know what it means or the significance it has on SCP-XXXX or its victims.

Addendum Update - Recordings On 5/27/2015 after task force Echo Foxtrot arrived on scene, they had found hidden cameras fifty meters around the area where SCP-XXXX manifested. Task force Echo Foxtrot retrieved the cameras and footage was played. Despite being far away from the manifestation area, the picture and sound quality are not effected. Footage showed the victims arriving on scene, and somehow having close-ups on all victims as well as shots of them in the vehicle they arrived in. Halfway through the footage, the inside of (Redacted) where the foundation had been taking calls of SCP-XXXX have been shown.
