Special Containment Procedures: Any personnel interacting with SCP-4086 or SCP-4086-1 must wear full-body hazmat suits that are not to be removed at any time. Should one of these uniforms become damaged, especially if torn, personnel wearing it must be immediately removed and exchange their current uniform for a new and undamaged one.

Description: SCP-4068 is a weight rack (SCP-4068) and barbell (SCP-4068-1), with two (2) 10 kg dumbbells on each side. The weight rack and dumbbells are both black, and the barbell is silver. The barbell and dumbbells combined weigh exactly 50 kg. If a person makes direct contact with any part of SCP-4068 or SCP-0468-1, they will be overcome with an urge to perform a "dead lift" exercise with SCP-4068-1. All testing subjects have thus reported lifting SCP-4068-1 to be lack difficulty, and the object to be extremely light.

After being held above the head for anywhere between two (2) and seven (7) seconds, SCP-4068-1 will seemingly become extremely heavy, immediately exhausting the subject and falling almost always directly on top of the head. In all instances of this happening, the impact of SCP-4068-1 has caused cratering in the floor of the containment cell and expiration of the subject. It is unknown exactly how much SCP-4068-1 weighs during this transformation, but based on the depth of the impact craters, it can be estimated that it comes to weigh anywhere between 250 and 275 kg.
