Description: [a 100 ft creature comes from another world and is said to be the lord of the moon]

Addendum: [this thing came to our planet from a portal and was immediately reported to the foundation but when the ntf arrived everyone was dead and it was gone then on 11/20/15 the foundation had encountered it but they died later on they sent it to another dimension all chained up
