Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3 by 3 by 3 meter room at site 49. The temperature within it's containment chamber must never go above 10 celsius degrees and it's to be fertilized once per three weeks.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a mushroom like entity, 15cm in height, the base is 8cm in radios and 11.5cm with the cup. The cup resembles that of the craterellus cornucopioides and a pale white base. On XXXX's base are two circles painted on it with a paintbrush and a rectangular bent shape piece of paper commonly found in most modern houses at the time of SCP-XXXX retrieval(SEE SCP-XXXX Retrival log)l . the left circle is yellow, the right one color is magenta and the paper is colored cyan which is sewed in. Any attempts at removing the previous features have ended in failure.
When one says their name (the name has to be one that the subject has accepted as their own for example a person calling their name x will say x near SCP-xxxx the effect will stay the same) in a 3x3x3 meter radios by SCP-4356 the subject will enter a coma that lasts 2-5 hours. when questioned, subjects have reported that in while in the coma, they heard a voice whispering, telling them different scenarios that will all lead to subject's death the subject ( Subjects exposed to SCP-XXXX are unable to die by any other means), the voice isn't very specific in it's description (see addendum 01). It is a unknown if SCP-XXXX causes said deaths or it's only predicting them. Subjects that have been exposed to XXXX have shown sighs of fear or paranoia this is believed to be caused by it.
First Encounter
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in the northern Russia in 1996. It was brought to the foundation's attention after 2 were lost and when rescued, they reported of SCP-XXXX and also that the mushroom told them that they will die via shock. assassination attempts have been made but to no results. 5 months later subject was found with an open wound with a scorch mark.
