Special Containment Procedures: SCP- is to be kept in a 2.50m x 3m room with a 2.5m ceiling, four guards are to stay by her containment chamber at all time, guards are to be cycled with new guards every twelve hours. Any items it requests is to be reviewed by at least two (2) 05 council members. There is no time in which SCP- is to go without wearing a mask covering its mouth and cheeks.

Description: SCP- is a caucasian, humanoid, female between the ages of 18 and 25 who has requested to be referred to as “Charlotte” it has black hair and a birthmark on its upper back, SCP- enjoys company and is a very optimistic person who takes interest in science and has requested to be given a chemistry set,it’s request was denied due to it’s anomaly.

Anyone viewing SCP- wen smiling will die within twenty four (24) hours of viewing its smile, often there deaths are anomalous and somehow involve the victims greatest fear. SCP- was found to be living in a small town in Belgium, her boss and coworkers started dying in anomalous ways, soon after [DATA EXPLOUGED] Viewing it’s smile in photos, videos and drawings will cause death.

SCP-: Please, call me Charlotte
DR Harrin: Of course
SCP-: I’m…I have been um [SCP- pauses] I’m…
SCP-: [ after ten seconds of silences SCP- stands up] I don’t want to be in the interview.
DR Harrin: Please sit back down. This is going to be a short interview
SCP-: [SCP- sits back down]
DR Harrin: Thank you, how do you feel about the foundation
SCP-: [SCP- hesitates] I don’t like it, I’m treated like a monster,I know im not…well I suppose I think im not some demon or shit, but I just really want to be treated like a human, I want to do chemistry or collect gems

DR Harrin: I’m sorry, but we can’t, I understand your passion for science but you need to understand that we can’t allow you to have those objects
SCP-: Can I please have my photo album? Or see my sister? Or my cat, what about my mom? What about my projects? Anything? Please. I just [SCP- pauses, it is visibly upset]
DR Harrin: Please calm down-
SCP-: [SCP- inturps DR ████ Harrin] Please
DR Harrin: I’m sorry, there is nothing i can do.
SCP-: [SCP- Starts crying]
DR Harrin: We may be able to give you something to forget.
SCP-: I don’t want to forget i just want to feel happy.
DR Harrin: Understood.

Closing Statement: SCP- Is extremely upset due to the foundation refusing to allow her objects she is passionate about.

NOTE: Are you guys sure the only thing we can do is prevent SCP- from feeling happy, it is taking an extreme tole on it's emotional state, i fear the worse may happen if we keep treating it like this. - DR ████ Harrin

Test 01 09/10/2009

Subject: D class 1097

Procedure: D class 1097 is to wear goggles and look at SCP- smile.

Results: At 4:08pm 09/10/2009 D class 1097 died due to unknown causes, though possibly drowning, despite not being near any sources. Autopsy showed water and sand in D class 1097's lounges.

Test 02 19/12/2009

Subject: A cow (Bos Taurus)

Procedure: SCP- is to smile at the cow
Results: SCP- had no effects on the cow
Analysis: Perhaps SCP- can only affect humans, this needs further research.

Test 03 12/09/2010

Subject: D class 8096

Procedure: D class 8096 is to look at a picture of SCP- smiling

Results: at first D class questioned the procedure though complied, the subject panicked after first seeing a photo of SCP- Nothing happened to D class 8096. after two days of asking to see D class 8096, SCP- broke contamination, after leaving it’s cell it ran down the hall, it was caught almost instantly and put back in her cell, DR ████ Harrin questioned her, it refused to respond, SCP- asked for a chemistry set, again. Once more SCP- was refused a chemistry set. One week after it's first containment breach SCP- breached containment again, this time she was able to kill the subject, SCP- [DATA EXPUNGED], until guards where able to restrain her, the subject died almost instantly, Once more DR ████ Harrin questioned her, it once more refused to respond.
