Special Containment Procedures: All examples of SCP-XXXX are to be secured in climate controlled storage room CG-██ at sight ██. No less than four armed guards are to be in place at all times in order to prevent unauthorized access to the storage room or immediately surrounding area.
All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX must rotate out for one week of psychological counselling and toxicology testing after nine weeks on site. All personnel must obtain a level 3 security clearance or higher, score 68 or higher on the Milgram Obedience Examination and have a memetic resilience score of 82 or higher prior to assignment to SCP-XXXX.
All media access is to be restricted only to work related topics on approved websites or materials for all personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX. Personnel are not permitted to leave the site while assigned to SCP-XXXX. Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate demotion and reassignment.
Any personnel regardless of rank, security level or position found to be in possession of SCP-XXXX without proper authorization or outside experimental parameters is to be subjected to immediate toxicology testing.
If found to have a blood content level of SCP-XXXX higher than 0.00015% they are either to be terminated via lethal injection followed by cremation or immediately demoted to D-Class assigned to SCP-XXXX testing at the discretion of the site director.
If found to be lower than 0.00015% they are to be given targeted amnestic treatment and reassigned to an unrelated project. More severe penalties may be given at the discretion of the site director.
All testing performed on or with SCP-XXXX must be approved by no less than three (3) personnel of security clearance level 4 or higher, including the site director.
Description: SCP-XXXX (Hereafter referred to as "Morning Coco") is an illicit pharmaceutical of unknown composition generally taking the form of a syringe, a 1 liter gas canister attached to a mask, or as a soft drink. Though these are the most common forms of Morning Coco, several other variations have been known to exist. They are listed as follows:
1. A patch intended to be applied to the skin on the shoulder. Though the packaging suggests that each patch contains 600MG of Morning Coco, testing has revealed each pack to only contain 20MG of the Morning Coco drug.
2. A small, light blue pill intended to be mixed into a drink. Though the packaging suggests that each pill contains 900MG of Morning Coco, testing has revealed it to contain only 20MG of the Morning Coco Drug.
3 A "Butt Plug" intended to be inserted anally.
