Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5029-A is to be placed in a well lit Class-A Humanoid containment block placed in the upper levels of the facility. If the subject has Medical Complexation that prevents the user from being calmed in any way the subject is to be prescribed with a 1 Tbs of honey [See addendum 2-B for in depth explanation].

Description: SCP-5029 is a stressed induced Psychological disease with insomnia like symptoms.
SCP-5029 has a 4 stage process for killing its Host, designated as SCP-5029-A. Stage 1: SCP-5029-A is first introduced to the host through a dream like state in which the subjects perception of the outside world starts to mix into the dream world. this usually takes the form of the host seeing shades in the corner of there eyes. Recorded subjects have stated that they feel a presence that feels cold they report that there hands and feet start to itch and feel cold. And their adrenalin is shot through the roof and they feel like they are on high alert. Stage 2: SCP-5029-A then starts to encounter a dream being that usually take the form of a tall humanoid figure that is covered in black and is blurred. They start to claim they can't sleep or else "He" will get them the shadows in the corner of there eyes seem to grow bigger the longer the stage is. Stage 3: The host begins showing signs of untrust worthiness towards other people. they begin to become "drousy" and seemingly unawake. This is the point of no return any other attempt at the containment procedure will be futile as this is the calm before the storm. Stage 4: the eternal sleep. SCP-5029-A will now fall into a deep sleep in where they sleep for approxiamtly 11-12 hours before the host then awakes with a shriek. then they reportedly die of heart failure.

Addendum: Addendum 1-A: The journal of a young female explorer living in the mountains fighting for survival. Day 234 of living in the mountains. I feel sleeper than normal, more than i just got up from a terrible nights sleep tired more like i can't think straight tired it's probably nothing but i still wonder. Day 235 of living in the mountains. Today while catching rabbits with my new and improved traps I swore I saw a shadow sitting next too me but when I turned nothing was there.
