Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ is to be contained inside of Sedgwick County Park in Wichita, Kansas, as it cannot be moved. Anyone (including non-foundation individuals) can make direct contact with SCP-████

Description: SCP-████ is a small yellow windmill with green support beams. It's located in Sedgwick County Park. Strangely, no known force has been able to move SCP-████.

SCP-████-1 is a voice heard in between the times 11:00 pm CST and 2:00 am CST. SCP-████-1 can be heard whenever in the park at these times. The voice becomes clearer to a person the closer they are to SCP-████. All who have heard SCP-████-1 have reported it being heard from their brain. SCP-████-1 sounds similar to a young human male aged 13-15. SCP-████-1 is often heard singing during it's active hours. The song choice varies. Only certain people can hear SCP-████-1. Approximately 37% of Class-D brought near SCP-████ could hear SCP-████-1. The conditions of who can hear SCP-████-1 are currently unknown.

Dr. Mowl: Hello.
SCP-████-1: Ah! A visitor! It's nice to meet you.
Dr. Mowl: It's nice to meet you as well. I'm Dr. Mowl of the SCP Foundation.
SCP-████-1: What brings you here tonight, Dr. Mowl?
Dr. Mowl: I was assigned to interview you here.
SCP-████-1: Go right ahead. I love questions!
Dr. Mowl: Do you have a name?
SCP-████-1: No.
Dr. Mowl: Is there anything that you would prefer to be called?
SCP-████-1: Call me whatever you'd like.
Dr. Mowl: I'll call you SCP-████-1.
SCP-████-1: I like that name.
Dr. Mowl: So, what exactly are you?
SCP-████-1: I am a windmill.
Dr. Mowl: Is there anything in particular that you do?
SCP-████-1: Some of the animals who live around here come to me for guidance at this time of the night.
Dr. Mowl: You can speak to animals?
SCP-████-1: Yes, all types.
Dr. Mowl: What do you mean by guidance?
SCP-████-1: Questions, such as, "How do I prepare for winter?" or "Where is the best place to find a mate?"
Dr. Mowl: Anything else that you do?
SCP-████-1: If a dangerous anomaly were to come around here, I could shoo it off easily enough.
Dr. Mowl: Anomaly?
SCP-████-1: Like the ones you contain at the SCP Foundation. Fortunately, I've never seen one around this park, aside from myself, of course.
Dr. Mowl: Why is it that only certain people can hear you speak?
SCP-████-1: I don't have the slightest clue.
Dr. Mowl: Do you have any interests?
SCP-████-1: Nature.
Dr. Mowl: Why are you only active during these specific hours?
SCP-████-1: I sleep during the day. Singing all night tires me out easily.
Dr. Mowl: Why do you sing?
SCP-████-1: There isn't anything better to do. Plus, some of the animals like to come and listen.
Dr. Mowl: It seems that time is up for me to interview you tonight. I'll see you tomorrow night.
SCP-████-1: I look forward to it.

SCP-████-1: *Singing Piano Man by Billy Joel*
Dr. Mowl: Hello again.
SCP-████-1: Ah! You're back!
Dr. Mowl: I'm here for another interview.
SCP-████-1: Then let's begin.
Dr. Mowl: When were you first built?
SCP-████-1: I don't know. I stopped counting the years after about 40.
Dr. Mowl: Can you see?
SCP-████-1: Not on my own.
Dr. Mowl: Could you explain what that means?
SCP-████-1: I see and hear through the animals here.
Dr. Mowl: So the animals are like security cameras for you?
SCP-████-1: Exactly.
Dr. Mowl: How is it that you speak to people?
SCP-████-1: I don't have the slightest clue.
Dr. Mowl: Yesterday, you said that animals came to you for guidance. Does this mean that you can speak to animals?
SCP-████-1: Yes. Most of them respect me enough to listen to what I have to say. Some even follow my orders.
Dr. Mowl: What kind of orders?
SCP-████-1: Nothing too special. Sometimes I just want to scout the area that they're in, or listen to a passing conversation in the night.
Dr. Mowl: Where did you learn all of the songs you sing?
SCP-████-1: I never learned them. I just know the songs.
Dr. Mowl: How?
SCP-████-1: No idea.
Dr. Mowl: What is your opinion on mankind?
SCP-████-1: They're intriguing. Unlike other animals, who don't think much of life, they make such a large deal out of it. They're so interesting, too. Every human desires something different, unlike animals, who just care about surviving and mating.
Dr. Mowl: What do you fear?
SCP-████-1: The destruction of this land.
Dr. Mowl: What do you think of death?
SCP-████-1: It's a part of nature. Some people and animals die. It's no big deal, really.
Dr. Mowl: What if something or someone you cared about died?
SCP-████-1: I would be sad, but move on quickly.
Dr. Mowl: What would it take for you to order an animal to kill a person?
SCP-████-1: If they threaten my land to the point that I need to kill them for the ecosystem to continue. I care too much about human life to kill any of them for no good reason.
Dr. Mowl: Well, it's time for me to leave.
SCP-████-1: Oh, well, thank you for the nice chat!
Dr. Mowl: You don't need to thank me. I'm only doing my job.
SCP-████-1: I admire that. Anyway, I hope I see you again someday.
Dr. Mowl: Goodbye.
