Site-44

Special Containment Procedures: As Site-44 has been removed from the Foundation Site Directory, no personnel are to be assigned to Site-44 at this time. CC-TV footage of SCP-XXXX from behind

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous humanoid entity of unknown origin. Based on recovered CC-TV security footage from Site-44, SCP-XXXX is believed to be approximately 200cm tall with a rough approximate weight of 40kg and is of indeterminate sex.

SCP-XXXX possesses a slender build with developed upper arm and trapezius muscles. Despite this, SCP-XXXX appears to suffer from severe malnutrition. SCP-XXXX is bald and its skin is jaundiced with markings consistent with scarring from a lobotomy operation across its head.

Limited interaction with SCP-XXXX1 has indicated that SCP-XXXX is incapable of communication, displays intelligence similar to that of a 4 year old child, and displays a timid temperament, evading any individual within its vicinity.

Despite this, SCP-XXXX is the sole entity responsible for all Site-44 functions, such as but not limited to:

  • Regulation and ongoing maintenance of containment chambers
  • Ongoing testing of anomalies contained within Site-44
  • Ongoing upkeep of anomalies contained within Site-44
  • Ongoing maintenance of site infrastructure
  • Composition of status reports from Site-442

Accomplishment of all of the above functions require a consistently manned staff of approximately 20-30 people.3 Despite near-constant observation, how SCP-XXXX accomplishes those tasks is currently unknown, as it is not been observed to be capable of polylocation nor to be able to otherwise duplicate itself.

SCP-XXXX displays an intense desire to perform as many Site-44 functions as possible and has not been observed to eat, drink, sleep, or show any need to do any of the above. The only situation in which SCP-XXXX will cease to perform Site-44 related tasks is when Foundation personnel approach it. To date, no containment breach of any anomalies contained at Site-44 nor has any failure of site infrastructure has occurred since SCP-XXXX's emergence in the site.

Mobile Task Force-Mannaz 4 "The Minotaurs"

Addendum XXXX.03 - Tissue Sample Analysis: During the failed retrieval of Dir Aaron Garth, MTF-ᛗ4 noticed a small patch of SCP-XXXX's skin torn off and lodged in site machinery. Although the patch was ground by the gears, the Task Force deemed it significant and recovered the patch as a sample. When DNA testing of the sample was executed, the DNA was an identical match to the following Foundation staff. Further research is ongoing.
