Special Containment Procedures Mr. Timelbottoms is to say asleep as long as possible in the 24 hours of the day. If woken, it is for an interview or for testing purposes, as Mr. Timelbottoms is capable of time-traveling at any moment. His cell should have a bell inside at all times, therefore it is harder for him to get through the space-time continuum, as normally he sucks things in the continuum with a 10-foot radius in his area.
