Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5m x 5m cell with absolutely no openings. The walls are 1m thick for even more safety. Food is slipped through a tiny hole in the wall, and cameras must be turned on at all times to make sure SCP-XXXX and it's minions are not planning to escape. SCP-XXXX is locked up with SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX-3, and SCP-XXXX-4.

Description: SCP-5289 is a 44 year old human man of Chinese heritage. SCP-XXXX is 172 cm tall and weighs about 74 kg. SCP-XXXX likes to be called "Mr. A" and is known to be very intelligent. SCP-XXXX lures a person in asking to help carry his groceries. The person ALWAYS comes, then SCP-XXXX gives the person (Now known as SCP-XXXX-1) a "gift"—- a candy called ■■■■■■■■, which has been found to later NOT be regular candy, but , which SCP-XXXX gives SCP-XXXX-1 to easily kill off as many brain cells as possible. SCP-XXXX then asks if SCP-XXXX-1 wants "special" powers. SCP-XXXX-1 automatically responds "Yes, Mr. A" due to SCP-XXXX [REDACTED] the brain waves of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is now SCP-XXXX's minion. In addition to mind control, SCP-XXXX can go into the minds of his slaves, and control the bodies from SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-4.
