SCP-1245789 is allowed the most high grade training and exercising equipment do to the fact that SCP-1245789 had stole exercising equipment from the foundation because of SCP-1245789's ability to teleport.
There was an attempt to keep making the walls thicker and stronger but do to SCP-1245789's ability to teleport this attempt was quickly dismissed.
Strangely SCP-1245789 openly invites people and other SCP'S into SCP-1245789's containment area to "spar" (Note only Class D and E personal are permitted to "spar" with SCP-1245789).SCP-1245789 has never actually killed any human who has "sparred" with SCP-1245789, the same can not be said for most SCP'S even SCP'S who aren't alive and harbor no consciousness have been destroyed. SCP-1245789's reasoning is as stated "These THINGS you keep them, and study them instead of GRINDING THEIR FACES INTO THE GROUND I will not let these demons exist anymore … Especially since none of them are Hercules."

Addendum: SCP-1245789 was found by what SCP-1245789 called "an accident".
MTF Lambda 12 ("Pest Control") was sent to Ashland Park Lexington Kentucky because of the sighting of SCP-1048 in a backyard with a young girl.
When MTF Lambda 12 arrived at the house SCP-1245789 slowly walked out of the house leaving the door wide open with his left ear ripped off and may cuts and lacerations all over his body. The MTF Lambda 12 squad was team of 4, 2 members went inside of the house to find the little girl on her knees beside her dead parents. The child looked like she had been crying for a while but all she was doing was staring at SCP-1245789 and yelled "THANK YOU" to SCP-1245789, SCP-1245789 merely looked back at her and nodded, and continued to walk away. The other 2 member outside yelled for him not to move and pointed the weapons at SCP-1245789. SCP-1245789 look happily astonished and nervously said to the 2 members "WOAH WOAH WOAH I didn't do it, it was the murderous teddy bears, well 4 murderous teddy bears" the 2 members just looked at each other bewildered SCP-1245789 sighs and says "don't know why I thought you'd believe me". SCP-1245789 starts to walk towards the 2 members with his head down, the 2 members yell for SCP-1245789 to stop but SCP-1245789 somehow appears behind them walking away. They keep yelling for SCP-1245789 to stop and soon he does and quietly says "wait this house is pretty soundproof theres no way the neighbors heard lily's parents screams so how did you know about this atrocity" the entire MTF Lambda 12 squad said "that's confidential information" SCP-1245789 turns around and stares at them. A gray aura glows around SCP-1245789 and a gray glowing form of the words 相 三つ tattooed SCP-1245789's left arm and a gray glowing form of the words ガスジャイアントバスター tattooed SCP-1245789's right arm and a gray glowing form of the words 大脳皮質 tattooed SCP-1245789's chest. SCP-1245789 then raises his index finger and his middle finger to his forehead then quints and grunts. SCP-1245789 then looks astonished and the glow disappears (SCP-1245789 had also been healing from its injuries) SCP-1245789 then says "Alright take me to the foundation" the MTF Lambda 12 squad realize SCP-1245789 had read their minds. SCP-1245789 then says "Don't worry I'm just looking for Hercules, here I'll even let ya cuff me". The squad carefully restrain SCP-1245789 and prep him for transport.
