Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5139 has to be contained in a 5mx5mx5m chamber with walls made out of pure steel. No technology from past 1966 must ever be present in the room. SCP-5139 must be observed thru reinforced, one-way windows. No humans or humanoids must enter the room without wearing the specially designed suit.

Description: SCP-5139 is a humanoid creature of aproximately 190 centimeters in height, wearing a black jumpsuit with on top robotic, steel armor. On its head, it wears a fully closed helmet with only holes to see thru and a small mouth opening. No face features are present. Both the suit, armor and helmet are bolted onto it's body, and are presumably designed to never come off. On it's chest, it has a blue circular light of 2 centimeters in diameter. It's energy source is unknown. SCP-5139 speaks in a robotic voice with an British accent. When it speaks, lights in it's mouth light blue. SCP-5139 is capeble of showing light signs of emotions, but is ashamed of them and will try to not use them. Research has shown that the robotic suit contains a living human body.

When SCP-5139 sees a human or humanoid organism, directly or indirectly, his eyes light up blue, and will go after it's victim with incredible strenth. When it reaches it's victim, it will pick it's victim up and slowly carry it to it's cell, where it will start the process referred as ''upgrading''. When the process starts, all possible ways of observement will no longer work. Video recorders will malfunction and vision will be blurred. The only indications to the process will be the smell of oil, the sounds of medical and technical instruments and the death screams of the victim.

2 to 3 hours after the upgrading started, the sounds will stop and the process will be completed. The victim will now be an almost identical copy of SCP-5139 and will be referred to as SCP-5139-2. It's behaviour is completely the same as SCP-5139-1, but will be completely obediant to SCP-5139-1.SCP-5139-2 will show no signs of emotions, but is able to ecognize them. SCP-5139-1 will have black accents on it's helmet, indicating it's superiority. The recources to create SCP-5139-2 are taken from hacked devices and the walls of the cell. SCP-5139-2 must be stored in a seperate room. After seperation, SCP-5139-1 and SCP-5139-2 must never meet. When they do, they will breach out of containment and will make as many victims as possible before forced back into their cells. At the moment of writing, there are [REDACTED] cases of SCP-5139-2.

When technology from past 1966 is present in the field of vision of SCP-5139-1 or SCP-5139-2, it will be hacked and used to achieve new victims. After use of the device, SCP-5139-1 will use the raw recources for the creation of SCP-5139-2.

Addendum: SCP-5139-1 is highly spiritual, and strongly believes that it was sent to Earth to save humanity. It refers to himself as the Messias of Steel. When asked of it's motives for the creation of SCP-5139-2, it replies that it created SCP-5139-2 to save everyone, and that everyone must become so to survive the "Great Freeze". When asked more about the Great Freeze, it did not respond.

Research shows that after the creation of SCP-5139-2, the human victim is still alive. Researchers are trying to find a way to reverse the process, but that has only led to the demise of the victim.¹

1. Today, Mar ██ ████, researchers were able to remove the helmet from an instance of SCP-5139-2. Beneath the helmet, researchers found the maimed face of the original victim. What was most interesting, was the exposure of the brain, connected with electrodes to the main motherboard. Insure is of the other instances of SCP-5139-2 share the same features.
