Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4000 is to be locked in a room with a constantly changing security system. The room cannot be smaller than 5m•5m•5m with concrete walls and a reinforced one way glass mirror for observation. SCP-4000 is required to wear a one way glass helmet, along with airtight rubber gloves and rubber standards. Personnel interacting with SCP-4000 are to wear one way glass goggles and rubber gloves a full hazmat suit along with reinforced protection for the facial region. One armed guard is to be located within the cell when SCP-4000 is being questioned or interrogated. No other SCP’s should have interaction with SCP-4000. Anyone interacting with SCP-4000 should not know the layout of the facility or were any other SCP’s are located.
Description: SCP-4000 is a small humanoid who has a severe maggot infestation in face and parts of forearm, hands, limbs, and feet. There is a small infestation in SCP-4000 chest cavity and stomachache. SCP-4000 often has disease ridden vomit (sources of malaria and faint traces of Yersinia pestis) flowing through his face at all times, so a rag is hung onto SCP-4000 face for sanitary reasons.This vomit is constantly flowing out of his mouth at all times, especially when attempting to talk.
SCP-4000 was born in a monastery in America, in which when born he was immediately attacked by mother. SCP-400 lived as an orphan until becoming extremely violent at the age of (redacted) in which he actively turned on fellow piers by (redacted) and maggots forming from wounds gained during this encounter.
SCP-4000 does show violent tendencies, such as violent drawing and writing. Subjects who show direct eyecontact with SCP-4000 will become suicidal. Subjects effected use sharpest tool (usually nails) to tear off facial tissue.(death often occurs of shock or infection, no survivors out of the (redacted). SCP-4000 then gains all knowledge of the victim affected. This makes SCP-4000 extremely dangerous due to the capability of an advanced breach if a high class personnel where to come in direct eyecontact with SCP-4000.

Closing Statement: SCP-4000 shows no sign of moral thinking. Before this log, SCP-4000 killed fatally injured D-1008 when he removed his helmet from his face and spit flesh eating maggots who immediately burrowed and ate through D1008 mouth, eyes and Brain.
