Special containment procedures: SCP-#### is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber. The chamber is to have no windows or holes except for a observation deck on the northern side of the vault, fit with bullet-proof glass. The chamber is the maintain a temperature of 80°F. The SCP is allowed basic furnishings, no different than a home. There is only one observation deck, foundation staff are allowed to observe from at any given time. Only personnel with level two (2) access or higher are allowed to observe or document the SCP at any given time (No exceptions).
Personnel that want to interact with this SCP must have level 3 clearance, and must be accompanied by 5 professionally trained guards. No aggressive action is to be done to the SCP under any circumstances. No firearms are to go into the SCPs containment (not even tranquilizers), guards are instructed to only use standard shock batons if needed.
Description: SCP-#### is a strong man approximately 6 foot tall, in his early 30’s. The SCP wears a suit that is bullet proof to every know round, no personnel have attempted to remove the suit form SCP-####. It has been shown that SCP-####does not show signs of tiredness or even sleeps. The main and most notable feature SCP-#### has is a ominus mask. The mask is made of a unknown, unbreakable metal with a smooth silver-like polish that has structure with wide eyes and mouth. The mask is a two-piece mask made of the same unknown material, the back being connected to the front by a [DATA EXPUNGED]. All attempts to remove the mask have met with failure.
This SCP-#### is extremely hostile if provoked in any way, mainly in close quarters. The SCP has the ability to fight using only his bare fists and comes out 98% successful. SCP-can neutralize up to ██ targets that approach him at once. The SCP knows how to use every firearm of every type, and at any range, making SCP-#### extremely dangerous. SCP-####, has only a weakness towards temperatures above 90°F, and below 0°F. If SCP-#### was to be encountered during these temperatures survivability with be at 50%, due to SCP-#### being unable to maneuver quickly in these conditions.
SCP-#### was captured by extreme measures prior to his containment, SCP-#### was encountered on April █ 20██. SCP-#### was not found, or discovered previously in anyway. SCP-#### was responsible for attacking personnel on site-██, site-██, and site-██, and was the leading cause of containment breaches from each site. Each time SCP-#### attacked it would kill half the staff before retreating, it wasn’t till site-██ that SCP-#### was captured under the entire security team on-site.
Addendum:
This SCP will be a last resort if there is a containment breach that is out of control. SCP-#### was to believed to be working with choas insergency, although it is unclear, and there is no recorded evidence it is still believed so.
Addendum-2: SCP-#### has come into contact with SCP-056. The reason for contact was SCP-056 was in danger during a containment breach from SCP-####. SCP-056 was transferred into the nearest and safest cell nearby. Shortly after, SCP-056 transformed into what appeared to be [DATA EXPUNGED]. They shared “personal” stories of past experiences. (This was how SCP personnel got SCP-####’s name). After the breach was neutralized both SCPs walked out of the cell talking, and laughing with one another. The communion was broken up when security was instructed to return them to their cells.
Addendum-3: The back section of SCP-####’s mask has developed the symbol of the SCP foundation was found █ month(s) after containment. None of the staff knew how it got there, until after asking SCP-####. He replied, “Whenever I side with a group or empire, their symbol appears on the back of my head. If they don’t have a symbol, then the face of the leader appears instead.”
Addendum-4: Staff member █████ was found consulting with SCP-####, talking about someone they hate that works at the facility. The SCP-#### made a deal and promised to remove the hated staff member and then quickly return to his cell unseen. The staff member agreed to these terms, and opened his cell unnoticed and unauthorized. The SCP did exactly what he said, he disposed of [DATA EXPUNGED], then quietly returned to his cell unseen. Staff member ██████ was terminated shortly after discovery of the event, by security surveillance in the observatory.
