Desc:SCP-████ is a humanoid figure,1.92 meters tall,with a tattoo on his forehead reading "Mr Matter from Little Misters Series 2 ® by Dr. Wondertainment".SCP-████ has head replaced with a blueish gaseous material,unknown to science ,its torso replaced with a hard steel like material that cant be destroyed with any known means,its arms and shoulders replaced with a blue colored liquid material which as the same viscosity as glue, and its legs are replaced with a plasma like material that SCP-████ says thats its made out of [DATA EXPUNGED].When SCP-████ interacts with non-living any type of matter,the material being touched will transmute to a random different state of matter slowly.If the subject is living and it transmutes into a different state of mater,there will be a ██% chance that they will still be sentient however they cant move any of their body.

Discovery:SCP-████ was discovered in ██████████,MD when several citizens reported a "man made out of matter" walking the streets.When the police discovered SCP-████ the contacted with the SCP Foundation about it,the containment of SCP-████ toke 36 hours to contain it successfully,citizens who saw SCP-████ were treated with Class-B Amnesties and all reports of SCP-████ were redacted and reported as a 121° heatwave.
