Discreption: scp-4294 is a 23 year old male human with brown hair and blue eyes that has been found in London wondering down a street when the foundation picked him up he showed them his apility to multiply any entity or item that can be touched but when in contact the doubled item will lose some of its power and downgrade however this rule does not apply to humanoids and as for that his power comes in handy when dealing with class-D personnel and soldiers as he can multiply them and because of that a lot of the other scps will be handled without the loss of class-D personnel

Scp-4294 has multiplyed a class-D personnel and as a result of it the double version came with changes to it's physical body but it retained the personality of its original self
Now with that information found out scp-4294 not only can double the same entity but he can also change the physical appearance of with out changing the personality of it it but this rule only applies to humanoids not items
