Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
An image of ████ Rd, ██ Nottingham before the Foundation contained SCP-XXXX.
Special Containment Procedures: The entrance to SCP-XXXX is to be covered by a steel door under the front of a construction company making renovations to the area to prevent any and all unauthorised personnel from entering. If any civilians attempt to enter SCP-XXXX they are to be removed and administered Class-A Amnestics. It is to be monitored at all times via infrared security cameras installed at ten metre intervals along both sides of the street on either side SCP-XXXX. All apartments in view of SCP-XXXX are to be vacated of their tenants and populated by Foundation personnel. Every two weeks a D-Class is to enter SCP-XXXX with the required sum of money and comply to SCP-XXXX-1's demands as if the D-Class responsible for bringing the money to SCP-XXXX-1 ceases their operations, it dramatically increases the chance of a containment breach. Should an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 breach containment, Mobile Task Force Pi-1 ("City Slickers") should be contacted immediately and armed with UV torches and infrared goggles to dispel the instance.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to an alley situated in ████ Rd, ██ Nottingham. When viewed from its exterior SCP-XXXX is 4m across and 10m long. These measurements can be only roughly speculated as city plans show no record of its existence or its dimensions and due to the nature of SCP-XXXX when entered, measurements taken within it are unreliable. It appears to be scattered with 6 loose bags of garbage and a shopping trolly. These numbers are not consistent when SCP-XXXX's property manifests. SCP-XXXX's main anomalous property activates when it is entered by subjects carrying more than 15 USD upon their person. This does not necessarily have to be in monetary form as SCP-XXXX contains some ability to calculate the worth of valuables that one is carrying. Should the subject enter without the requirements to activate the anomaly on them, the effect shall not take place and they will turn away, losing all memory of SCP-XXXX. After entering, the geometry of SCP-XXXX shifts, making subjects perceive the alleyway as far longer or shorter than originally thought. When in the space created by SCP-XXXX, no light or sound waves can escape and when one views a subject entering SCP-XXXX they appear to walk into the shadow of the alley, out of sight. After subjects have proceeded roughly 5 metres into SCP-XXXX an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will manifest either in front or behind of the subject, rising from the ground.
SCP-XXXX-1 refers to the 6ft tall humanoid entity that manifests within SCP-XXXX. It is clothed in a deep blue buff coat with thick bandages covering its legs, hands and face. It is armed with a 16th century style wheel-lock pistol that requires no reloading. Once SCP-XXXX-1 has manifested, it will hold the subject up at gunpoint and then utter the phrase "EMPTY YOUR POCKETS OF VALUABLES NOW OR I SHALL SCRAPE YOU AWAY FROM THE WORLD!”.
It appears that SCP-XXXX-1 is required to say this phrase as it is repeated in every test conducted. Once the phrase has been said, subjects may either remove the valuables and hand them over to SCP-XXXX-1 or deny its demands. Should the subject choose to give the objects requested, SCP-XXXX-1 will become reasonable and passive, answering most questions it chooses to take. It’s mannerisms match those from the 16th-18th century. When SCP-XXXX-1 is denied three times, or had violence attempted against it, it will fire at the subject with its wheel-lock, causing them to disappear, leaving only their clothes and valuables. The objects and clothes taken by SCP-XXXX-1 have been found in the possession of the beggars that congregate around SCP-XXXX, with the money being equally split between them and expensive items being converted into money as well. The beggars have yet to be observed attempting to enter SCP-XXXX and when questioned, followed by Class-A amnesiacs, they have no knowledge of its anomalous property or the entity living within it. All measures taken by the Foundation to prevent vagrants from crowding the area have failed as it appears SCP-XXXX-1 possesses the ability to leave the alleyway at night and break and erase all barriers , apart from the door, set up around SCP-XXXX using its pistol. Although SCP-XXXX-1 is not required to leave the alley to give its loot, it may attempt to on occasion, to view or guard the homeless. This may be due to SCP-XXXX-1 supposed generosity and affection toward the poor(See Interview Log XXXX-12) and its inherent need to aid them. When it leaves the alley way it cannot be seen in the visible light spectrum, instead, it can be detected via its heat signature as the air it inhabits decreases by 5°C. SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be unable to leave the street as the further the entity goes from SCP-XXXX, the less prominent the heat signature. Only 10 homeless people have been seen inhabiting the street at any one time and testing has shown that SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties do not affect them, regardless to whether or not they meet the requirements. After 3-7 weeks, at least one of the vagrants will leave and be replaced. While SCP-XXXX-1 is outside the containment area, SCP-XXXX’s effect will not activate.
It has been noted that SCP-XXXX-1 dissolves in UV light, if only temporarily. This process is described by SCP-XXXX-1 as a "Painful burning". The Foundation has yet to find a more permanent solution to keeping
SCP-XXXX-1 contained.
SCP-XXXX came to the attention of the Foundation after the disappearance, and expected erasure, of █ police officers as well as the 4 women they were investigating. After the initial discovery, containment procedures were delayed after 2 members of MTF Pi-1 ("City Slickers")entered SCP-XXXX and were swiftly terminated by SCP-XXXX-1(See Exploration Log XXXX-01).
This log contains the transcript from the original entry of SCP-XXXX on 6/7/19██.
[BEGIN LOG]
SCP-XXXX-1 manifests in front of MTF Pi-█-1 and MTF Pi-█-2, waving its pistol.
SCP-XXXX-1: EMPTY YOUR POCKETS OF VALUABLES NOW OR I SHALL SCRAPE YOU AW-
MTF Pi-█-1 and MTF Pi-█-2 fire upon the hostile entity causing it to vaporise into a small cloud of smoke. Thinking SCP-XXXX-1 was terminated, MTF Pi-█-1 and MTF Pi-█-2 take 3 more steps into SCP-XXXX.
Scuffles are heard as two instances of SCP-XXXX-1 appear behind the MTF members and restrain their heads and arms.
SCP-XXXX-1: EMPTY YOUR POCKETS OF VALUABLES NOW OR I SHALL SCRAPE YOU AWAY FROM THE WORLD!
Body camera feed cuts off after instances of SCP-XXXX-1 fire atMTF Pi-█-1 and MTF Pi-█-2 causing them to disappear. SCP-XXXX-1 then proceeds to steal their uniforms and weapons .
[END LOG]
Notes: Proceeding this event, precautions were made to prevent casualties as well as a more pacifistic approach to making contact with SCP-XXXX-1. This gives evidence that although SCP-XXXX-1 is required to say its opening phrase it does not need to follow it.
This log contains the transcript of the twelfth planned interview on 6/2/20██ between Dr ██████ and SCP-XXXX-1.
[BEGIN LOG]
SCP-XXXX-1 manifests in front of Dr ██████ aiming his pistol at his chest.
SCP-XXXX-1: EMPTY YOUR POCKETS OF VALUABLES NOW OR I SHALL SCRAPE YOU AWAY FROM THE WORLD!
Dr ██████: In what way will you do that?
SCP-XXXX-1:I'LL, I'll pull three dozen shots in you and let the bells toll as they may!
Dr ██████: Understood.
Dr ██████ empties his pockets of one ten pound note and two pound coins. They disappear from his hand and rematerialise in SCP-XXXX-1's.
SCP-XXXX-1: Good. Now, I suspect you want something, as all you bespawlers do. In my day, men of science were for the people. Anyway, 'Quid pro quo' if the latin is correct. What item of my knowledge do you require.
Dr ██████: SCP-XXXX-1, what happens to the subjects you 'erase'? Do they die?
SCP-XXXX-1: Faith, if I be a god fearing man, more man than monster I hope, They are flung from this good tarry'd time, to Heaven or to Hell. The in-between is no doubt a sticky place and the bullets I fire give easy passage.
Dr ██████: So you kill but you send them on to the 'Afterlife' without pain?
SCP-XXXX-1: Pardon my strange speakings, the time has changed much without me, but yes that's what I implied.
Dr ██████: Alright. Next question: SCP-XXXX-1 why are you here?
SCP-XXXX-1: What occurred to bring me to this alley played out some 400 years and thus my memory, much like the walls of this alley, has faded. Still, I-I remember some things. I was rich man once when beggars were far more common. They'd crowd like flies around the whore houses and taverns. I did something unspeakable. It evades my senses for now but I committed some egregious atrocity within this very alley to the man who lived here before. He did something I'm sure I deserved. And now I reside here, a man of the moonlight, paying off my debt.
Dr ██████: Well, my condolences. Why do you spread the objects you steal among the beggars outside?
SCP-XXXX-1: Not only does it help me to reduce my debt to this world, it helps resolve something with myself. It gives what heart I have left great joy to know I can help others lives, if not my own. Thats why I must leave this place once a while. You people do good, I suppose, allowing me to continue my duties. You have mercy.
Dr ██████: You flatter us. That will end this interview, SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 disappears in a thin cloud of smoke and Dr ██████ leaves SCP-XXXX.
[END LOG]
Addendum: On 5/11/20██ SCP-XXXX-1 breached containment to erase a group of █ individuals who were [DATA EXPUNGED] a homeless couple during the night. All items held by the group were given to the couple and MTF Pi-1 quickly intervened, recontaining SCP-XXXX-1. In its next interview, SCP-XXXX-1 apologised but insisted " They were to Hell anyway. Be it my doing or that of God's."

Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: The building block in which SCP-XXXX resides is to be designated Site ██. The room in which it is situated is to be emptied of its contents and reinforced with steel on all surfaces. The container is to be watertight. Drains are to be implemented on the floor of the chamber as well as water pipes entering from the ceiling. SCP-XXXX is to be fully submerged in water. Should any entities of SCP-XXXX-1 leave SCP-XXXX, an electric current ranging from 400mA-███mA is to be passed into the water. This is to be continued until all entities have been terminated. The water is then to be drained, filtered and reintroduced to the room. While testing is under way the water is to be drained.Should the deceased entities not be used for sampling, they are to be incinerated. Any unauthorised personnel that attempt to enter SCP-XXXX are to be severely punished and administered Class-A Amnestics. Should they succeed in their endeavour and return, the water will not be drained and they will be treated as an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a split reality anchor that takes the form of an IBM/360 computer, identical to those used in the Apollo 11 moon mission. It is a condensed traversal point between our reality and that which has been designated SCP-XXXX-A. It requires no power source and cannot be shifted from its current position. SCP-XXXX is contained within apartment █, Block III of a derelict housing estate situated █ miles from the Apollo 11 launch pad. On its screen is shown the President Nixon speech 'IN EVENT OF MOON DISASTER'. As well as this, a low frequency dictation of the speech can be heard from within the computer. The speaker of which has been identified to be President Nixon despite the fact that the speech was never recorded. It has been assumed that SCP-XXXX is indestructible as the area around it possesses a relatively low hume level, causing any damage done to it to be instantaneously undone by the environment around it. All indestructibility testing has been halted due to the laborious task of replacing the floor plating each time damage is inflicted proving too time consuming for Foundation staff. Its primary anomalous property manifests when human skin comes into contact with SCP-XXXX's screen. When contact is achieved the subject is pulled into the screen after 10-15 seconds. After which, they are ejected from SCP-XXXX, now within SCP-XXXX-A.
SCP-XXXX-A is a split-reality timeline that exists parallel to our own. SCP-XXXX-A appears to have split from the parent reality after an apocalyptic event occurred shortly after the catastrophic failure of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The moon's orbit descended by approximately 60% causing extreme and instant gravitational disturbances. After this a BOES breached the surface of the Moon and carved a cognitohazard into the Earth facing side. From SCP-XXXX-A-R, the origins of the event have been gleaned to a certain extent but more in depth knowledge has yet to be recovered. Although incomplete, the Foundation has compiled all information into a coherent chronology.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class:Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ is currently contained within its designated article. Scanners have been put in place to prevent the access of unauthorised individuals. Should any individual not briefed on the nature of SCP-████'s containment view the article, their IP address is to be tracked and located and they are to be administered Class-A Amnestics. Once the viewer of SCP-████'s article has opened the collapsible tab containing it, a controlled info breach will begin. Due to SCP-████'s anomalous property its name appears redacted signalling the commencement of said info breach. The breach shall cease once the viewer has finished the article. If during testing, an accidental info breach is to occur, the individual in question is to rewrite the article.
Description: SCP-████ is a meta-physical anti-memetic info-hazard that embodies the idea and properties of itself. Its primary anomalous property manifest when information regarding SCP-████ is copied from one place to another. Once the information has been copied in its entirety the first instance of SCP-████ will disappear without any trace. In a simplified sense only one individual or object can identify SCP-████at one time.
When SCP-████ is transferred via a digital or written format to a sentient being important information, such as names,
are lifted from the medium almost instantly once the viewer has registered them. Despite its anomalous properties, if SCP-████ is not referred to directly, indirect information regarding its existence can be distributed among authorised researchers.
Any attempt to recollect the name or anomalous properties of SCP-████ after copying its features result in confusion and mild headaches. When carrying SCP-████ all Amnestics are ineffective, with the subject becoming violent and erratic after or during the administering. As well as this, the subject experiences mild schizophrenia, increasing in severity over time. Once SCP-████ has left the subject all effects are removed. When under SCP-████ schizophrenic effect, subjects report hearing voices urging them to escape or isolate themselves. These voices, in the early stages, are easily ignored but after approximately 10-15 days they begin to drastically affect the subjects mental health, causing depression and suicidal thoughts.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: The site of excavation is to be disguised as an ongoing gold mining operation with chain fences occupying a 70 metre by 70 metre perimeter around the site.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a capsule, measuring 50 metres in length, 10 metres in width and ten metres in height. It is located 60 metres underground.
SCP-XXXX was discovered after minor seismic activity was detected at its location in the Nevada desert. This seismic activity was singular in nature and appears to have produced by the spontaneous generation of SCP-XXXX compressing the material around it. Using satellite imaging, the time of SCP-XXXX's generation can be pinpointed to be between 5th and the 28th September 2018.
It is orientated near perpendicular to the direction of gravity. However SCP-XXXX appears to generate its own gravitational field as regardless of the angle of entry into SCP-XXXX, local gravity will shift so that objects fall to the floor of the capsule's interior and not toward the normative flow of gravity towards the Earth's centre. The interior itself is composed of a single chamber. Its walls are made up of faded panels that are cracked and fraying. Light emanates from the gaps between the panels from an unknown power source. The lights themselves are weak and inconsistent, occasionally flickering or cutting out entirely. At what could be considered the 'front' of the capsule is a flat panel consisting of 32 thin sliding drawers, each of which contain a single slab of stone apart from the final one, ranging from 1- 6 metres in length. The drawers are labelled with dark circles that appear to denote an order of viewing, with the 'first' having a single circle and the 'final' drawer having 32 circles. Upon each stone within the drawers is carved a series of illustrations that can be interpreted as a single unifying chronology.
The stones appear to detail the society of an extraterrestrial race. This race, composed of humanoid entities, seem to discover a technology that allows them to intercept light particles across interstellar distances and uses the technology to view in immense detail the surfaces of other systems' planets. From this, they discover our planet and in turn, humanity. It is assumed that these certain carvings are intended to represent humanity as they portray a bipedal humanoid similar to that of the Paranthropus, an early descendent of Homo Sapiens. After discovering humanity, these humanoids decide to use a form of faster than light machinery to project a capsule to Earth filled with useful technology to accelerate human progress.
The 32nd drawer, when pulled out fully, triggers the opening of another panel to the left of the drawer, which reveals a small, metre by metre cavity. Within this cavity was found the following:
- A pair of small stone wheels connected by a thin rod
- A rudimentary fire starting device composed of a thin block of iron tied to a shard of flint
The walls of this smaller chamber are covered in various carvings that outline how to use the tools.
From the information interpreted from the carvings in conjunction with the degrading condition of SCP-XXXX, it can be presumed that, while the entities that constructed the capsule possessed the anomalous technology required to view Earth's surface in extreme detail, they were not able to transmit matter with such speed as to deliver the capsule in time. Judging by the species attempted to be made contact with, Paranthropus, the capsules intended destination in time was around 2.6 to 1.3 million years ago.
