Special Containment Procedures: Due to the frequent relocation of Scp XXXX, Scp XXXX is kept in a standard humanoid containment unit at it's present location. Scp XXXX is to have a tracking device implanted in the subjects body and is ordered not to be removed. The Subjects containment unit is to be under 24 hour video surveillance with an armed guard stationed outside the subjects room. Scp XXXX's containment unit is to be checked weekly for any unpermitted or stolen objects, during which time Scp XXXX-1 is to be collected. Scp XXXX-1 is to be collected and stored large, portable, refrigerated tank with a ccapacity of no less than 1000 litres. Scp XXXX is allowed to freely wander the current facility and eat in the main cafeteria, escorted by the assigned security guard. Staff is advised not to physically interact the subject, though there have been no reports of harm done to the staff.
Any requests for tests involving Scp XXXX and Scp XXXX's anomalous properties will require permission from no less than 2 staff with level 4 clearance and one member of the O-5 council. Any unpermitted/uninformed disappearances of Scp XXXX exceeding 12 hrs will result in the implementation of Mobile Task Force's consistent with Scp XXXX's current location for recapture purposes. Due to the ongoing agreement between the foundation and SCP-XXXX, any containment breaches requiring Scp XXXX assistance will grant special clearance to use a Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird to transport Scp-XXXX to the target location Scp XXXX anomalous properties to transport to and assist in the prevention of the containment breach.
Description:Scp-XXXX appears to be a human male of Asian descent, approximately 180 cm in height, and 71 kg in weight. The subject has a medium build and seems to be in their early twenties, though it has not been confirmed. The subject has unnaturally yellow eyes that have a slight glow in dim lighting, apart from which there is no difference from a normal human. Physical inspections have not shown any indication that he is a product of Dr.wondertainment.
The subject refers to himself as "Mr. Steal" and claims to be a product of Dr.wondertainment. The subject has shown vast knowledge of the foundation, Dr.wondertainment products as well as other SCP's unknown to the foundation. He is also very intelligent, scoring above average on various examinations and tests. Physical tests and examinations have shown varying results, most of which were superhuman.
To date, the total number of anomalous properties that The subject has is unknown as The subject also seems to be unaware of all of their own abilities, though the validity of this information cannot be confirmed. However it is speculated to be more than 5, refer to document 1 for a list of anomalous properties. According to The subject, his main anomalous property is the ability to steal things. There has not been a limit observed to this ability through testing and his own experience.
He was found outside Site-01. Upon discovery, he was immediately apprehended and moved to site-68. Refer to document 2 for an interview conducted right after he was apprehended. At this time foundation personnel were not aware of his anomalous properties. After attempts at administering amnestic of class B and above failed to affect him, he was designated as an SCP and moved to Site-72 for further study. refer to Document 3 for an interview taken after he was moved to Site-72.
