The Canadian Occult Service is a division of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.
Formed from the previous RCMPOC (Royal Canadian Mounted Police Occult Service), in 1987, in the waning years of the Cold War, the Canadian Occult Service was tasked with managing Canada's anomalies, as well as working with the UIU to prevent foreign anomalous agencies from expanding their influence to North America.

After the Cold War, the COS received a budget cut much like the UIU.

Today, the COS serves mainly as managing Canada's various anomalies, and working with the Foundation to ensure the continued containment of the various SCPs.
