SCP XXXX: Rivus Narcisi

Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX must be surrounded by brick walls which can be trespassed only by aircrafts. SCP XXXX's containment must be always guarded by at least 10 guards.
Every day at least 10 or 20 narcissuses must be burnt one by one until they're back to 10 plants. In case any human being trespasses containment, the guards will have to escort said person out. In case of aggressive behavior towards the guard, trespasser must be silenced instantly.

Description: SCP XXXX is a 2km stream of fresh water found on an hill in [REDACTED], Greece.
The stream is surrounded by Narcissuses L. plants which can't be eradicated in any way unless deceased. The narcisusses are generated from the remainings of the subjects who look at their reflection in SCP XXXX's waters. When looking at their reflection, subjects will fall into a state of ecstasy and will not be able of comprehending what's happening around them. If the subject gets successfully dragged away from SCP XXXX, it will no longer take orders (regardless of the many warnings of instant termination if rebelling to the orders) and speak unless they come back in contact with their reflection in SCP XXXX's waters.
The subject in contact with the reflection in SCP XXXX's waters will shortly die of starvation
