Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX stays inside a 24m by 24m (78ft by 78ft) room at Humanoid Containment Site 88. SCP-XXXX should have all its reasonable requests abided by, as long as such request does not violate Foundation security protocols. Video surveillance of any kind is not permitted as of yet due to its temper when item of surveillance is noticed, unless ordered to by someone of SL-3 or higher for testing.
It should not be visited under any circumstances unless it is for testing, and/or if said person who is visiting meets SCP-XXXX's expectations (refer to notes). SCP-XXXX may look humanoid but does not need any sustenance of any kind, but it still wants to be fed or else it won't feel 'perfect' enough. Room must always be in perfect condition, so it is always in need of cleaning materials to fix up the room to its liking.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a sentient humanoid and most likely genderless entity with apparent 'perfection'. It was found roaming in an alleyway in █████████ Alabama shouting at a thug for looking at it and its 'perfect face' weirdly. Then detained shortly after when staff member at the scene saw when SCP-XXXX showed what it looked like under the hood with its bleached out eyes and bald, earless head, to which right after, killing the thug.
SCP-XXXX is narcissistic and non-sociable entity, when socialized with most personnel show signs of slight disgust when looking at others after talking to it. All personnel tell us it was a great person to talk to, but audio recordings show different results then what they have said. We think that SCP-XXXX is doing something on purpose as when we got personnel to ask about it, it scoffed, but personnel would say it was giddier than normal when we ask them afterwards, something along the lines of, 'master sounded happy with himself today'.
Addendum #XXXX-1: "SCP-XXXX, ironically nicknamed "Perfectionist" due to its tendency to want everything a certain way, even that of those being the personnel who visit it being included. It is known to not interact SCP-XXXX if you don't meet its criteria, which is either being innocent and/or wearing a blindfold. When it first got inside of its cell it was angered since it did not have its specific tastes in measurements, to which he calls the perfect measurement. Camera's of any kind are not to be put inside SCP-XXXX's cell, as the first time it noticed the camera, it started ruining its room and banging on the walls angrily, also breaking the camera's in the room. After a few days of constant noise, it stopped, so we all thought it would be alright to send out some D-class personnel, which died imminently." - Dr. Beans

Interview
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Beans

Foreword: Dr. Beans, the interviewer, walks into the room and greets SCP-XXXX who is being interviewed. Dr. Beans gives a simple greeting to which it responds with a scoff and almost telling its name. A question is asked right after and SCP-XXXX laughs and degrades Dr. Beans, to which, he starts mumbling something and SCP-XXXX hears him. Dr. Beans starts to listen to it and its every word, and then a small incident occurs…
After the interview with SCP-XXXX, we asked Dr. Beans on why he trusted it and moved closer, to which he said, "Its voice was so alluring, it was like something I couldn't move away from, it kept pulling closer like it was something I had always wanted… something, perfect." to then we concluded SCP-XXXX uses its voice to play tricks on the human mind in some way, shape or form. Exactly how is not known as we have yet to conduct more tests or have any more interviews after this incident.
But a theory on the anomalous affect its words provide, from some of our many researchers, think that it comes from greed or something that you want, as when it was going to give a piece of info on what it was, Dr. Beans wanted that info, so most likely SCP-XXXX made that its advantage and did something to Dr. Beans, as he and many others would never walk up to it or listen to it.
Addendum #XXXX-3: After the incident it has been decided to not interact with SCP-XXXX and only listen to what it has been saying and doing inside its room. While listening we have heard it make different noises, we think it may be a way to communicate as the sounds it is making have a certain pattern to them. It is unknown if this is a language and it's talking to itself, but as of now, we are not yet to interview or conduct any tests…
Addendum #XXXX-4: "After the incident we have decided to listen in instead of interacting. After a few days of this we have noticed the sounds that are most likely coming from SCP-XXXX, mean something, as the noises have their own unique pattern, almost like a language. But we have also heard it speaking things we can understand, things like 'Ones like me, shall never be dirtied with the hands of imperfect and sin bearing beings like you. You all can hear me right now can't you?' and things similar to us being imperfect. The ability, or anomalous effect, it has shown is most likely connected to its personality. Since it has slightly hinted at it, as those who are perfect do not have greed or something they want, this SCP may 'want' something but it does not think like that, it thinks that it can get it because it is perfect. And if the anomalous effect is connected, that means it has no sins or anything imperfect, meaning theoretically if you do something that counts as bad or imperfect, in its sense, it may become possible for it to use its ability.
