Special Containment Procedures: SCP - 4285 is to be kept on a pedestal in a 4x4 inch room with a ceiling light emitting light into the room, with cement walls and an short open pathway to that room.Outside that pathway are 2 guards and only allow access if approved by higher staff members.

Description: SCP - 4285 appears to be a 1960s telephone but not plugged into any outlet, openings, or electrical wires, it can simply function without electricity.SCP - 4285 can get signals from all around the universe, other dimensions and even previous and upcoming dates.For example, if somebody has a dead loved one, they could use SCP - 4285 to call them.How SCP - 4285 gets these signals is unkwown.It is also unknown what the origins of SCP - 4285,some say that a janitor found it on the floor of heavy containment in Site-██,located in Canada,███████.Nothing else is known about SCP - 4285.

Addendum 1: 11/██/██. SCP - 4285 appeared to be violently shaking.After a few hours this shaking stopped and caused a fuse in the room.

Addendum 2: 3/██/██. SCP - 4285 had been spewing smoke out of its side and had to have its hallway blocked off to prevent any passer-byers suffocate.
