Object Class: Safe Euclid

Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX is to kept in a 1 by 1 glass enclosure surrounded by drains. 5 by 5 room composed of 50 cm thick sound proof walls out of titanium. The floor consist of 2 by 2 cm holes used for draining. There is live camera feed to this room at all times. 2 speakers were placed in the ceiling for maintenance purpose only. During maintenance white noise should be played over these speakers. There is only one entrance into the chamber. It is 50 meter in height stairwell. There shall be no further testing on SCP-XXXX ( see Addendum 03 )

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 1950's bugle trumpet, but with exceeding amounts of rust around the bell, 6 blue stripes spread from the center on the trumpet. The sound that comes from the trumpet sounds like a regular bugle but with ominous hum and sound that resembles marching behind the actual trumpet noise. SCP-XXXX has been reported to leak ''ooze" randomly other the day. This substance has caused floods in the chamber, the "ooze" seems to be almost pitch black, but has been confirmed to be the blood of unknown organism. The blood matches no one's DNA. The blood only matches ██████ who was killed during the █████████. SCP-XXXX has been known to make noises with out anyone interacting with the instrument. These noises are said to be heard anywhere in 5 km radius of the object. These noises when heard can cause increased stress, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. They are described as a screech, yell, or gunshots.

Addendum XXXX 01 7 D-class were forced to hear the noises. Approximately 7 hours after hearing the noises the subjects state that there are corpses scattered on the ground. One subject explained to us that people would appear then turn into flames. 9-10 hours after hearing the noises they started screaming words in an unknown language. We are still trying to translate the language. Translations have been stopped due to no testing. 13-14 hours after hearing the noises one subject broke down crying and screaming until he eventually vomited bodily fluids, and soon died. All other subjects pleaded to view the object. 4 of the 7 subjects were not aloud to leave the room. They soon died the same way the first subject did. 2 subjects were aloud to view the instrument. One broke down onto the ground and started to cry and scream when he entered the room. When personnel entered the room the subject wasn't there yet he could've been seen on cameras, the subject is still missing. The finale subject was able to interact with the trumpet. He played the instrument without having any musical talent prior to this. He then blacked out. After the subject was retrieved, they stated that he saw an army marching towards him.

Addendum XXXX 02 D-XXXX-8 was exposed to the noises. After 7 hours no signs of the symptoms that affected the 7 D-class prior to this test. 11 hours in the subject asked to view the trumpet. The subject was allowed access to view the trumpet. When approaching the object, the subject showed signs of joy. The subject stood there for 3 hours straight observing the object with out blinking. The subject soon died of cardiac arrest unknown causes. Testing will continue on SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX 03 D-XXXX-9 was also exposed to the noises. 1 hour in he ask to view the object. Once the subject viewed the object they asked to enter the chamber. Once they entered the chamber they grabbed the trumpet and attempted to escape the room. The subject was shot down on sight. At 4:27 Dr. Martha █████ was missing. The sounds from the trumpet were heard across the site. White noise was played over the speakers to prevent anyone from hearing the noise. Multiple personnel who addressed hearing noises surround out side a wall. When viewed in the vents behind the wall Dr. Martha █████ was found dead at 7:46 in the ventilation system.
