Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a soundproofed cell with no audio or sound connection to any observers or other external viewers.
The surrounding area of the cell should have multiple reliant ear protection capable of muting noises of at least up to 80 Db, in case of containment breach (requested by [REDACTED]). This ear protection is to be worn during any contact with SCP-XXXX.
Subjects are permitted to enter earshot of SCP-XXXX during and only during testing!

Description: SCP-XXXX is a male of Caucasian decent, Precisely 180 centimeters in height, and approximately 17 years of age. SCP-XXXX possesses the ability to persuade any lifeform (including synthetic entities) into doing whatever SCP-XXXX requests, to any extent. If the subject is unable to comply to the question Proved by test 872, SCP-XXXX cannot control beings that have 'ascended' such as [[[SCP-343]]. Lifeforms that lack sentience such as [[[SCP-183]] also will not be affected by SCP-XXXX

SCP-XXXX is permitted to apply for furniture or other items via written request, submitted to agent [REDACTED].¹

Addendum:if the need to relocate SCP-XXXX arises, SCP-XXXX should be detained and gagged by a MTF personnel who is entirely hearing impaired, either by use of total ear protection or natural causes.
