SCP-4078 is only to be accessed through level 3 guards and scientist for testing. Until further notice testing and interviews for SCP-4089 is not allowed. SCP-4089 cannot be free to roam from its cell. SCPs are NOT allowed within 20m of SCP-4089.
Description: SCP-4089 is an African American teenage male. It weighs approximately 55.33 kg, it measures 152.4 cm. SCP-4089 has jet black hair and has short hair. SCP-4089 wears light grey pants, a white shirt, and various different jackets. Scp-4089 can alter, summon, and destroy anything with just its imagination. Anything and everything it imagines can become real. Scp-4089 has 4 colored jackets which seemingly is connected to SCP-4089s threat level. SCP-4089 seemingly controls the color of its jacket.
GREEN: Threat level none. See Test 01

D-7496 jumps up over the table and pounces on SCP-4089, pushing them both to the ground. Two guards, Agt.
███████ and Agt. ████████, rush in but as soon as they are in the door closes and locks itself. The two guards go flying into the glass nearly shattering it. The two guards stand up, but 106 or the substance of 106, seems to have materialized inside them and is melting them inside out.

D-4056 enters the testing chamber. SCP-4089is wearing a green jacket. SCP-4089 turns around with a smile on his face.
Scp-4089: Ah hello!
D-4056: Um. hello.
SCP-4089: I can probably say that you're here for testing. Right?
D-4056: Ye.. yes I am.
SCP-4089: well then. Let's get this started eh?
SCP-4089 lifts his hand and makes a plate and t-cup appear in his head. He starts to drink from the cup
D-4056: How.. how did you do that?
SCP-4089: Don't you know where we are?
D-4056 shakes his head
SCP-4089: Chuckles We are in {REDACTED} You are going to be killed in about a few days… so… I'll let you free.
SCP-4089 quickly walks up to D-4056 and takes his hand. A bright flash appears and blinds observers and cameras for approximately 30 seconds. When cameras are back on SCP-4089 is standing straight at the observer glass.
SCP-4089: You don't need to worry about him anymore. He is free. From you assholes.

Testing was not resumed until SCP-4089 had a change color of the jacket.

D-9930 Enters testing room B3. SCP-4089 is wearing a blue jacket.

At this point, SCP-[REDACTED] breaks out of containment. The site enters lock-down. SCP- 4089 laughs and falls asleep.

Approximately 5 minutes later, SCP-[REDACTED] breaks through the testing chamber and appears to protect SCP-4089 while SCP-4089 is in a dormant state.
The ceiling collapses and the camera is lost.

Special Containment Procedures: Scp-5003 is to be secured in a 2km area in its located area in Yosemite park. An electric fence and a camera every 16m, built by the foundation, is surrounding Scp-5003.
Description: Scp-5003 is a blue interdimensional portal approximately 5ft in diameter and 7ft in length. The portal glows on the inside a bright blue color and black is on the ring of the portal. Upon entering the portal, everything will be the same except for all SCP Foundation organisms/objects will no longer exist as real organisms/objects. Instead, documents on a website known as scpwiki.net will have the exact copies of the documents from the main dimension. Also on the website are admin, authors, and members.
Scp-5003 is inaccessible from the civilian side of the park, but animals and other organisms, are seen to enter the portal into the main dimension. If an animal enters the main dimension from SCP-5003, then it is to be immediately terminated. If the animal is not terminated and encounters itself, space and time is thought to [DATA EXPUNGED]

The team is then seen moving out of the forest where there are no gates blocking off the portal. Approximately 5 minutes later, the team is seen entering the Main park.
Amy: we are now at the main park, Doc.
Dr. Mas: Understood now, Amy, I need you to contact the security of the park and tell them who you are and about the portal.
Amy: You sure Doc? Aren't they like, not apart of the foundation?
Dr. Mas: Don't worry, only tell personnel with a green sticker on their uniform. They are undercover for the SCP foundation.
Dessant: Got it.
Approximately 4 minutes passed
The team did not locate any security guards with green stickers. The team then returned back through the portal.
Addendum 5003.01
http://www.scp-wiki.net/ is a site about the SCP foundation containing classified documents with no protection at all. Over 1,000 registered users were found on the site. The site is run by these users and SCPs are based on a voting level. If an SCP doesn't surpass a voting level, it will be deleted and taken up by a different SCP, this is similar to a Failed or un-classified SCP. If one were to surpass voting, then it will be passed as an SCP. During this voting process in this reality, the same will occur in our reality.
Because of SCP-5003 reality knowledge, the rest of the interviews and test are locked and to be only accessed by [REDACTED]

D-4994 was sent with a recorder and a radio headset for the test and one image of SCP-096 face. No video was recorded due to [Redacted].
The site holding SCP-096 sent Scp-096 in a containment box to Yellowstone Park in an undisclosed area.
D-4994 enters the portal
Dr. E: Ok D-4994 can you hear us
D-4994: Loud and clear.

Approximately 1 minute later, SCP-096 was heard breaking out of containment and running at a speed of [DATA EXPUNGED].

Scp-4994 arrives at Yellowstone Park, which was closed, and proceeds to the portal.
Dr. E: 4994 can you hear us?
D-4994: yeah, still can. Uhm..m what am I waiting for?
Dr. E:(In background) can you confirm that SCP 096 did enter the portal correct?
Security A: Yes can confirm
Dr. E: (to D-4994) 4994 please hold for 30 minutes.
Approximately 30 minutes later, D-4994 re-entered the portal. {Scp-096 is nowhere to be found.}
Scp-096: Neutralized Later recovered in D-4994's cell. D-4994 nowhere to be found.

SCP-XXXX captured on a security cam moments before the owners dog was killed

Special Containment Procedures:Due to the anomalous powers of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX was never captured before being neutralized, no containment procedures were written.
Description:SCP-XXXX was a female humanoid approximately 28 years old. SCP-XXXX stood 180cm (5'11) and weighed 58.96kg (130lbs) before being killed(see discovery). SCP-XXXX has long and stringy black hair with a jaw that could open to fit a human head inside. SCP-XXXX presumed stomach contained over 272kg (600lbs) of dog meat and bones only consisting of the torso and legs. Also within the stomach was 45kg (~100lbs) of human brain matter and skull fragments. The stomach of SCP-XXXX was floating in an unknown liquid, which is presumed to be what caused the body and stomach to weight differently. SCP-XXXX was shot multiple times but did not succumb to the wounds of the bullets. SCP-XXXX did not die to these bullet wounds due to them being in the abdomen.
SCP-XXXX only killed canines for food, that being whether domesticated or wild. Humans were only killed if provoked by SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX will kill a canine by picking it up from the hind legs and eating from the hind legs up to the neck leaving only the canines head. Before killing a canine a bell would be heard and barks would start and subside roughly 10-25 seconds later (according to dog victims owners). If anyone were to interrupt SCP-XXXX, the head of the person was bitten off by SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX was widespread on the news from [DATA EXPUNGED] in North America. SCP-XXXX became such a popular tale that a documentary was made after it called The Devils Dog Catcher. During the time SCP-XXXX was "alive", the public was told to keep dogs inside during night hours, and if a bell was heard and their dog was barking, they were not to intervein or go outside until day.
SCP-XXXX was killed on [REDACTED] at ~12:38 am. The audio file below is an interview with SCP-XXXX's killer.
