SCP-xxxx appears to be a generic highway tunnel cutting through a mountain, with roads running through it. SCP-xxxx perpetually produces a continuous crowd of people, with no known way to impede it. Genetic sample show the being who exit are mostly humans, and a majority show no differences to traditional homo sapiens(Human’s who exit the tunnel are from her on known as SCP-xxxx-1). On occasion, creatures of unknown species(with no regularity, they will be known further as SCP-xxxx-2) will exit among the others, acting in an identical way to SCP-xxxx-1. Cases of SCP-xxxx-2 can be observed in a large number of humanoid states, some of them closely resembling traditional mythological or fantasy races. Despite the odd appearances of SCP-xxxx-2, no cases of SCP-xxxx-1 show any signs of surprise towards SCP-xxxx-2. SCP-xxxx-1 are docile, and for the most part ignore all other beings, They will however, not speak or cooperate with Foundation personnel. Some cases of SCP-xxxx-2 have become violent towards personnel, although most are very easily neutralized. The SCP-xxxx is located in the appalachian mountains, very close to Hanover, New Hampshire. An end or exit to the tunnel(aside from the exit in which SCP-xxxx-1 and SCP-xxxx-1 exit out of) cannot be found, and is quite possibly infinite. All cases of SCP-xxxx-1 who exit possess clothing, passports, ID’s, driver’s license(if of age), between 12-560 USD and other necessarily identification materials. SCP-xxxx-2 do not carry any identification materials. If allowed to breach containment, cases of SCP-xxxx-1 will attempt to find the jobs, families, cars etc. listed on their identification. Cameras placed on the bodies of SCP-xxxx-1 show that many of them will travel extreme distances to find these places, and are accepted into them as if they had spent their entire lives there, despite the fact that no one there could’ve ever seen or interacted with them before prior to their exit from SCP-xxxx. Despite this, when people matching the identifications(such as coworkers or family members) are asked to identify the matching case of SCP-xxxx-1 before it has reached or been allowed to reach them, they will claim to have never known of their existence. Most cases of SCP-xxxx-2, if given the opportunity will attempt to flee into the wilderness, and all camera’s attempting to be placed on them(whether it appears SCP-xxxx-2 is aware of it or not) will later be removed by SCP-xxxx-2 before sufficient data can be found. Further studies are underway to determine species and anatomy of cases of SCP-xxxx-2, however, due to the complexity and unfamiliarity of these beings, progress is slow.
In order to prevent a humanitarian disaster, teams are dispatched with weapons which include flamethrowers among other matter destroying tools. Cleanup of ashes and excess flesh is mandatory twice daily in order to prevent a buildup. The site is to be surrounded by soundproof roofing to prevent the sounds of screams from reaching the outside. Cases of SCP-xxxx-1 are never to be allowed to exit out of the site unless approved by the Senior Researcher. Preferably, all cases of SCP-xxxx-2 are to be kept alive and detained for research. If a case of SCP-xxxx-2 becomes violent, personnel are obliged to neutralize it at will.
