Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4078 has two (2) Containment Cells ,(C-C-A),and (C-C-B) (See Addendum-4078-A,and Addendum-4078-B for more details on the Containment Cells.). From January 1 to November 1,and January 1 to November 1 in the Gregorian Calendar,SCP-4078 is to be contained within Containment-Cell-A.

On November 1,SCP-4078 is to be transported via hand by a D-Class to Containment-Cell-B.The Security personnel (of which there must be atleast 5 personnel) assigned to overlook the transport are to inform the D-Class beforehand to attach SCP-4078 in the mechanical arms within the Containment Cell in such a manner to make it appear upside down. The D-Class is to immediately leave the Containment Cell.

Containment-Cell-B is then to be moved to the top of the on-site Incinerator
