Special containment procedure: SCP- 4001 needs to be contained within a single regular size cell with heavily reinforced entrance, 6 m thick reinforced walls and a double bullet proof glass in Site- redacted-.
His cell doesn't need to be guarded at all times but at least 2 guards should check up on SCP-4001 from time to time and speak to it so it doesn't try to damage his cell.
Description: SCP-4001 is a humanoid shaped SCP about 3m in height, anatomically correct body parts, except it has no genitals and instead of a head it has a pumpkin carved face( like jack o lantern) that can move like a human face. SCP-4001 also has incredible strength that can challenge the world strongest man and a punch that can easily penetrate thick concrete and damage or bent steel.
SCP-4001 isn't indestructible but has an incredible healing factor which regenerates its injury's 10X faster then humans and has exceptional intelligence when it comes to learning, adapting and solving complex puzzles.
It took him about 4 days to learn how to speak and write English, German and French languages to perfection and although his head is basically a pumpkin, his voice is calm and collective to a point if you are talking to it, but not looking at it you would think that you are talking to a human being.
SCP-4001 origins is still unknown mostly by the fact that it doesn't know or its not telling us remains to be seen.
For the most part SCP-4001 is very nice, communicative and polite.
Addendum: SCP was first seen in Europe year 198*. Croatia, city of ** as it was wandering the countryside of the city and it caught attention of the local police department that proceeded to arrest SCP because of its strange appearance and its refusal of orders.Let just say that didn't go well but at least no one died.Capturing SCP after that was even harder because it went into hiding and next time it resurfaced was 20 years later in Spain when the same thing happened but this time no one survived, but we were much closer to capturing it this time.
Third time was the charm when a special team of 6 agents was put together to finally catch SCP who was hiding inside an abandon factory in Portugal, city ** about 3 years after the Spain incident.
