Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to be kept within a 3 m x 3 m x 3 m carbon steel cell, with at least one easily accessible window to ensure SCP-####'s presence. One D-Class personal per month is required to enter SCP-####'s containment cell to avoid the entity from breaching containment.
Description: SCP-#### is human-like statue measuring 2.5 meters in height. The entity appears to be made of stone, however its true composition is unknown. The statue is standing perfectly straight and has his right hand completely down. However, its left arm is raised up in the "high-five" position.
If any organism were to enter a 3 meter radius around SCP-####, the organism (who will henceforth be refereed to as SCP-####-B) will enter a trance-like state where they are forced to "high-five" the statue's left hand. Once SCP-####-B enters its trance, it will not stop until it has completed its task, even if they are removed from the 3 meter radius.
Once SCP-####-B's right hand makes contact with the statues's left hand, SCP-####-B will regain free will, but their hand will be permanently attached to the statue's hand. Over a course of 23 to 44 minutes, SCP-####-B will go completely brain dead, after which SCP-####-B's muscles will automatically contort to be in the same position as the statue. The brain dead subject's right hand will then begin to be covered in stone. After around 2 to 4 hours, the all of SCP-####'s body will be covered in stone and then detach from SCP-####. All instances of petrified SCP-####-B have proven to have no anomalous properties.
If the entity is not given one subject per month, it will teleport to a random location that is at least 100 kilometers away from its previous location.
Attempts to destroy the statue have proven ineffective. In all cases, SCP-####'s left hand remains after termination experiments. The statue's hand regrows all destroyed parts of itself over the coarse of 3 weeks. The amount of damage done to the entity does not seem to correlate to the amount of damage done.
Further experimentation has shown that if the left hand is cleanly severed from the rest of the statue, the left hand will regenerate and new body, and the rest of the statue will progressively break apart in the span of 3 to ██ hours.
