Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3507 is to be contained in a 9 by 12 meter enclosure with cement walls lined with led and the door also being fitted with a 6 digit manual lock. SCP-3507 must be fed a variety of freshly killed small rodents, fish and birds. Cleaning staff must enter when SCP-3507 is under anesthetics and must collect all owl pellets and feathers while in the enclosure. Stage 3 anesthetics have been authorized to be used on SCP-3507 during cleaning and testing. No unassigned staff members are allowed near SCP-3507's enclosure. If any members of staff that work near SCP-3507's enclosure begin to experience headaches must seek medical attention immediately
Description: SCP-3507 appears to be a 7 ft tall anthropomorphic Owl weighing in at 185 pounds. SCP-3507 has finger-like appendages that have extended talons. The talons are approximately 10 cm in length and 1cm in width. SCP-3507 has no similar appearance to any extinct or current living species of Owls nor any living or extinct species of Birds. SCP-3507's feathers are inorganic and are made up of a similar compound to polyester however unlike polyester the feathers will being to degrade after 2 hours of being removed from SCP-3507. SCP-3507 seems to wear a custom tailored suit with unknown origins and no labels however the stitching and lining of the suit appears to be handmade. On closer inspection the suit is apparently grafted to SCP-3507 with all attempts to remove the suit being inefficient. SCP-3507 also seems to wear black leather dress shoes which are also grafted to SCP-3507. SCP-3507 is not hostile at first and will only view
SCP-3507 was found at a abandoned chapel in Belgium to the South of [DATA EXPUNGED] in a small town with a low a population. Many of the people living there had noticed the chapel and thought nothing of it. Until a Pre-school teacher had noticed that her students had drawn very similar pictures of a Humanoid Owl in a black suit. When the children where questioned on who this figure was the all responded with "Mr Owly". The children also said that he lived in a chapel with a similar description to the on that had appeared. Many of the towns people began to fall sick with lite headaches and nausea however as time went on many people began to get severe headaches and start to see hallucinations of SCP-3507. People began to commit suicide in gruesome ways usually involving disembowelment. When the foundation was called a total of 30 people had died with 10 children missing. Dr [DATA EXPUNGED] had noticed a large owl pellet on the chapel grounds. On closer inspection it had appeared to have contained a human jaw and human hair.
