ANNOUNCEMENT FROM TASK-FORCE COORDINATION
It is becoming clear that the number of anomalies we contain is exceeding our resource capabilities. The vast majority of them are well past being of any research use to the Foundation, and the incidence of containment breaches is increasing exponentially due to our SCPs' proclivity for cooperation, and each new capture making a new possibility for widespread breach.
Anomalies considered sufficiently dangerous are to be neutralised. So far, those lower down in the ranks have reached this conclusion themselves, resulting in one Dr Dan forcing our hand to approve the termination of SCP-096.
To this end, for scenarios where the Foundation is under significant threat or where neutralisation implies deadly risk, a new Mobile Task Force will be assembled, and they will be specifically geared for the neutralisation of threats to the Foundation. The new MTF will be small, highly classified, and make use of heavily enhanced personnel with skill-sets appropriate for neutralisation of threats.
The arrival of SCP-4008-A on Site 15 has been a catalysing factor for this, and his assignment to the aforementioned task force was near-unanimously agreed to be a worthwhile avenue of experimentation.

Profile:
John Smith is a 27-year-old Mobile Task Force Operative currently working for the Foundation.
Smith is currently the Field Medic on Mobile Task Force Chimera and is involved in the development and testing of medicinal equipment for deployment on operations. His main role, however, is that of providing medical support and some scouting duties to his unit when in the field.
John Smith has been found to be extremely aggressive in the field, often opting to kill rather than seek peaceful resolution or successful containment of the anomaly or adversary. However, when not in the field, he has been found to have been of good temper and is often humorous and will often be very persuasive and kind. John Smith may not edit his own personnel file.
Psychological evaluations indicate that the stress of fieldwork induces this response, but the degree to which Smith has shown amorality has, on occasion, forced the Foundation to disallow him from assisting in equipment R&D.
Physical Characteristics:
- Sex: Male

[DATA EXPUNGED]
History:
John Smith, previous to working for the Foundation, worked for Prometheus Labs where he was Lead Researcher on the Advanced Biology Division, where he worked on developing powerful biological agents for use in the field and for sale to GoIs and other interested parties.
Previous to working for Prometheus Labs, he was a PhD student, showing great skill in Biochemical Engineering, getting a PhD in this field at the age of 22, from Cambridge University. He went on to get another 2 PhDs in Genetic Engineering and Human Physiology, giving him a total of 3 PhDs by the age of 25.
John Smith was brought to Foundation attention when he successfully neutralised SCP-049, an instance of SCP-939, and managed functional teamwork with a group of murderers and psychopaths. Smith had been placed on Death Row following a mishap with a biological agent he was developing, which was viewed as an act of terrorism by most of the general population. This fact was only realised after he had been employed into Foundation Class-D personnel and sent on a mission to ascertain the situation in a location west of ██████████, in a cohort composed of three other prior inmates, all of which had committed violent crimes.
Contrary to the expected outcome, he and his cohort survived the exploratory mission, with Smith having neutralised the aforementioned SCP objects that were present at the site of the operation. Given his possibly anomalous nature and skill at handling such entities, Smith was made a Class-B employee and shortlisted for Project Chimera.
It was later discovered that Smith did, for a period, work with Valen ██████, on a joint enterprise that produced prototypical forms of many technologies installed in enhanced personnel today, and had come into contact with Nicholás Marto, selling some biological agents on the side, to the criminal organisation known as [DATA EXPUNGED].
Following review by the Hiring Committee, Smith was accepted as an MTF officer on ██-█████-20██. Since then, John has served in MTF-CHIMERA on:
- Mission CMRA1 “BRASS GAUGE”
- Mission CMRA2 “TWISTING TREMOR”
- Mission CMRA3 “HALTED EXECUTION”
- Mission CMRA4 “FROZEN NEST”
Notable Accomplishments:
Development of several powerful biological agents, including ██████, ███████████, and █████████.
Superfluous Criteria of Person:

Name: Valen ██████2
Security Clearance: Level 3
Personnel Class: B / E
UNIT SPEC:
ArgENT Resistance: 30
Memetic Inoculations: Standard MTF Course IX
Ontokinetic Potential: 60
Profile:
Valen ██████ is a 33-year-old Mobile Task Force Operative currently working for the Foundation.
██████ is currently the Special Operations Officer on Mobile Task Force Chimera and is involved in the development and testing of paratech for deployment on operations. His main role, however, is that of providing technical support and atypical fire support to his unit when in the field.
In the months between his recruitment and his placement on Mobile Task Force Chimera, ██████ had a role as a Junior Researcher (and later Researcher) assisting in the testing of various anomalous substances and provided significant information pertaining to discrepancies in the Foundation’s extended Periodic Table that he had gained in his prior employment.
Valen ██████ likes to think of himself as a particularly hilarious individual, and often takes illogical or inane courses of action under the impression that their outcome will be so humorous that any injury or loss of life will be comparatively inconsequential, which is rarely the case. There are currently three Disciplinary Action Reports in ██████’s name, and he has only escaped amnestisation followed by expulsion as he has been lucky enough not to cause any personnel lasting harm.
██████ is additionally barred from inciting or partaking in discussions related to the Church of the Broken God, or transhumanism more generally, as his position is often so overwhelming in favour of cultlike worship that some less senior individuals have been confused into believing that the Foundation is currently allied with GOI-004-C, which could not be further from the truth. Independent of whether or not ██████ is sincere, he has been taken in for psychological examination on multiple occasions to ensure his brief work with SCP-882 has not affected him negatively.
Skills:
- Valen has an incandescent ability in the sciences and engineering, able to perform analysis, repair, and technological improvisation in the field to great effect. In relation to this, he is particularly perceptive and will often be the first to notice things in the field.
- Valen is trained in martial arts, particularly use of sharp blades, and is exceedingly deadly at close range, but lacks training in any other form of combat.
- Valen has the anomalous ability to manipulate the flow of time, granting him foresight, enhanced mobility, and the ability to perform ‘do-overs’ of recent events.
Physical Characteristics:
- Sex: Male
- Nationality: Scottish
- Age: 33
- Height: 6’0”
- Weight: 60kg
- Build: Thinner than average - ██████ is an adept hand-to-hand fighter but lacks the build for extended exertion.
Valen has expressed a desire to experiment with bodily augmentation “or at the very least, dye [his] hair” and has been regularly reminded that part of his job is to maintain a low profile during operations, an end that would be made more difficult if he had a fully mechanical arm.
History:
██████ led a fairly nominal life up until midway through his university career, at which point he was offered a position at Prometheus Labs.
██████ applied for employment in the Foundation shortly before the dissolution of Prometheus Labs, having reached an elevated position in their Advanced Armaments division, testing primarily mechanical devices and anomalous substances with military applications.
Following review by the Hiring Committee, ██████ was accepted as a Junior Researcher on 17-January-2018. Since then, he has served in the following, generally only at a low level:
- SCP-148 research
- SCP-882 research
- SCP-████ research
- Esoteric Mechanics Department
- SCP-217 research
- Esoteric Materials Department
- SCP-████ research
- Anti-Eigenweapon development
- Task Force Paratech development
And Project Chimera, in which he has served in:
- Mission CMRA1 “BRASS GAUGE”
- Mission CMRA2 “TWISTING TREMOR”
- Mission CMRA3 “HALTED EXECUTION”
- Mission CMRA4 “FROZEN NEST”
- Mission CMRA5 “CENSORED TRANSMISSION”
Notable Accomplishments:
- Discovery that SCP-148 has minor rhenium content.
- Discovery that SCP-████ is in fact ██████ of ███████
- Several improvements made upon the first-gen Banishment Grenades primarily utilised by MTF Tau-5, incorporating a priming weakener consisting of superimposed recordings of the Lord’s Prayer, a specially constructed exorcism, and a recording of distorted metal guitar (following Observation-D00M-4). This serves to leave demonic entities that are too powerful to banish weakened and intimidated.
- Modifications of the Hellgate Point Defense System wormhole generator to reduce the number of gamma rays produced to acceptable levels for use in public areas. (<19mSv/intercept)
- Assisting in creation of blueprints for a petaHume level Scranton Reality Anchor for installation in Site-█ to act as a dual-purpose country-scale protection device and possible reality ‘lifeboat’ apparatus.
Superfluous Criteria of Person:
Personal quarters are overflowing with borderline-anomalous devices, which are pending confiscation. These objects include:
- Modified mobile phones, primarily in order to serve as crude AR glasses.
- Actual AR glasses.
- Prototype clockwork arm.
- Numerous clockwork timepieces.
- A 5W gamma-ray laser.
- A device bearing resemblance to an electroencephalogram. The actual function is a █████████ for █████████ ████████.

ArgENT Resistance: [CLASSIFIED LEVEL 4]
Memetic Inoculations: Standard MTF Course IX
Ontokinetic Potential: 50
Profile:
Nicholás Marto is a 31-year-old Mobile Task Force Operative currently working for the Foundation.
Marto is a humanoid anomalous object currently acting as the Explosives Specialist and Commanding Officer of Mobile Task Force Chimera. It is intrinsically involved in the creation and deployment of incendiary and explosive devices in the field.
Marto is the only member of Chimera that was known to exhibit anomalous abilities before employment under the SCP foundation. Prior to its acquisition, Nicholás Marto led a moderately sized, fanatically religious drug cartel operating from multiple locations across the United States of America. Following a large, anomalous explosion (emanating from a warehouse on the outskirts of Chicago) it was located and captured by MTF Epsilon-9 “Fire Eaters”.
Marto is, in essence, a very independent-minded operative. Original psychological examinations labelled him as “murderous”, “psychopathic in the most literal sense of the word” and “goddamn [EXPLETIVE EXPUNGED] insane”. This was put down in large part to his sociopathic personality and sadistic belief system. In general, he is understood as calculating and lacking in empathy, with a strong instinct for self-preservation.
Physical Characteristics:
- Sex: Male
- Race: Hispanic
- Age: 31
- Height: 5 ft 11
- Weight: 68 kg/150 lbs
- Build: Athletic
History:
[CLEARANCE LEVEL 4]
Following review by the Hiring Committee, Marto was employed as a replacement officer to fill the space left by CHIMERA-4X on [CLEARANCE LEVEL 4]. Since then, Nicholás has served in MTF-CHIMERA on:
- Mission CMRA3 “HALTED EXECUTION”
- Mission CMRA4 “FROZEN NEST”
- Mission CMRA6 “VIOLET SPIRE”
Notable Accomplishments:
- Procurement of significant quantities of illegal munitions between [CLEARANCE LEVEL 4] and [CLEARANCE LEVEL 4]

Profile:
Charlotte Williams is a 31-year-old Mobile Task Force Operative currently working for the Foundation.
Williams is currently the sniper on Mobile Task Force Chimera and is involved in training the team to improve their marksmanship. Williams’ main role, however, is that of providing ranged fire support to their unit when in the field.
Skills:
- Charlotte is by far the most adept at firearms use on-team and is particularly skilled in the use of high-calibre marksman rifles.
- Her operations are hallmarked by borderline-psychopathic levels of emotional detachment, which is boon in missions where psychological traumata are likely.
- She has knowledge of martial arts, and, while not as impressive as some other Chimera members, is certainly above and beyond the level of a standard martial artist.
- Charlotte has the anomalous ability to perceive objects, people, and other phenomena with perfect clarity, regardless of visibility conditions, and to extremely long ranges.

Notable Accomplishments:
- Assassination of [REDACTED].
- Assassination of [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and [REDACTED] within four hours of each other.
- [DATA EXPUNGED]
Superfluous Criteria of Person:
Stubbornness, fear of failure. Long, black hair. May be tied up into a bun. Green eyes.
Special Weapons and Tactics:
Charlotte Williams is in possession of a heavily modified Russian-made Dragunov Self-Loading Rifle and maintains it carefully. The weapon has specifications unlike any other SLR of its kind and outperforms all SLRs currently in production by world militaries or Foundation manufacturing.
The weapon possesses technical spec:
- 5.12kg mass
- 1,240mm length
- 625mm barrel length
- 7.62×51mm NATO chambering3
- 3.2km effective firing range
- 1.5km/s muzzle velocity4
Additionally, the weapon has been shown to massively underperform when not used by Williams5, further cementing her as its exclusive user.

2.Paratech Deployment:
Of the four units, the three applicable CHIMERA project troopers were equipped, in addition to their limited tactical loadout, with the following mission-specific prototype augments:
- Prometheus Nanotech Augmented Platelet Substitution Mechanism “Clot Bot”: MTF-CHIMERA-1 was implanted with a system that functions upon an inter-communicative network of nanobots within the user’s bloodstream, and when heavy bleeding occurs, they will shut off blood flow to prevent exsanguination.
- Circe-5 Subcorneal Viewfinding Mesh “Night Vision”: MTF-CHIMERA-2 was implanted with an in-eye reactive vision matrix, that provides near-daylight clarity in low-light environments.
- Hypercapacative Carbon-Nanofibre Charge Release System “Volt Strike”: MTF-CHIMERA-3 was implanted with a subdermal network of charge-carrying metametallic carbon, allowing for melee combat output previously impossible.

See Document-1678-A
IMPORTANT:
Mobile Task Forces Tau-4 and Epsilon-6 have succeeded in establishing a defensible perimeter around the Hyde Park district of SCP-1678; SCP-1678-A production has increased tenfold with the presumed purpose of overrunning the garrison.
Mission:
To investigate SCP-1678, with the purpose of neutralising the genesis point for instances of SCP-1678-A, and investigating the nature of the entity presumed to reside within the alt-Houses of Parliament, and react accordingly. Additionally, attempts to capture at least one instance each of SCP-1678-A -B and -D for containment and research should be made, and ideally three instances of -A, using the supplied electronic traps.
Execution:
Commencing at 0400 hours, MTF-CHIMERA deployed from base by helicopter. Flight conditions were normal.
All units arrived at covert pickup at 1030 hours and arrived in London shortly after.
CMRA-1 and CMRA-4 entered the area of operation first, due to limitations on the London phone box used for entrance to SCP-1678. CMRA-2 and CMRA-3 were left on surface level for a few minutes and were approached by two potential muggers. CMRA-2 and CMRA-3 reacted in a manner that, while justifiable due to the threats made upon their lives, was in retrospect unnecessarily violent, and could have resulted in unwanted attention. One mugger was terminated, and the other escaped unscathed.
When CMRA 1 through 4 had all entered SCP-1678, an instance of SCP-1678-B was encountered, and swiftly neutralised by CMRA-2, but not without attracting some attention due to the noise of his weapon. It is suspected that this action, and later ones, was responsible for the arrival of SCP-1678-E. CMRA swiftly made their way in the direction of the Houses of Parliament and encountered a damaged instance of SCP-1678-A, which was terminated easily, primarily via the use of CMRA-3’s augment.
A house was investigated, and inside a dispensary for SCP-1678-D was found, and a sample of SCP-1678-D was collected. CMRA-2 consumed a small quantity, and suffered a severe disgust response, with a great deal of retching. CMRA-2 noted, however, that it seemed effective as a nutrient despite this.
While waiting in the doorway of the house, CMRA-1 and CMRA-4 acquired visual of a male instance of SCP-1678-C, which CMRA-4 neutralised quickly. CMRA continued to progress but were attacked by a large biomechanical walking entity, armed with two fixed-mount high-pressure steam jets. This entity was terminated with great effort, and the encounter resulted in the loss of function in CMRA-4’s left hand, the stabbing of CMRA-1, and severe burning of CMRA-2.
Directly after this, CMRA-1 and CMRA-3’s anomalous abilities both manifested, leading CMRA-3 to wave the group away from the wreckage of SCP-1678-E, which, he correctly predicted, was about to explode violently.
After resting in another building, CMRA arrived at what prior intelligence indicated was the originating location of SCP-1678-A instances. CMRA-2 attempted to stealthily enter the large building, and in doing so his anomalous powers manifested, allowing him entrance into the building completely undetected, and providing a significant tactical advantage to CMRA. CMRA terminated 3 instances of SCP-1678-A present in the building, sustaining a significant but not critical quantity of damage. During this encounter, CMRA-2 struck an instance of SCP-1678-A with a metal bar that CMRA-3 had removed from a bed in the building they previously rested in. CMRA-3 later revealed that this was another vision he had, and vaguely implied that he had gained something from ensuring it came to fruition.
CMRA then destroyed the building using a makeshift incendiary weapon, fulfilling CMRA-3’s third vision, which he similarly implies was a positive outcome, and then proceeded to the alt-Houses of Parliament, which was guarded by several instances of SCP-1678-E, controlled by the entity that resided within.
En-route to this destination, units -1, -3, and -4 experienced a telepathic message, warning them not to proceed further. On Unit-2's suggestion, MTF-CHIMERA continued.
The aforementioned entity deactivated the guards and invited CMRA inside, under the guise of willingness to cooperate in its own containment. Prior to catching full sight of the entity, CMRA-2’s anomalous powers reactivated, and revealed to him that the entity was, in fact, Prime Minister Winston Churchill, made animate by some form of magic. Churchill had at his disposal a large mechanical structure similar in construction to SCP-1678-E, but larger and more heavily armed, which will now be labelled SCP-1678-F. This mechanical device afforded him great protection and had three independently-firing chain-fed Gatling guns mounted. He also seemed to have some paranormal control over the space within the Houses of Parliament, although the degree to which he could utilise this was not observed, due to a later event.
CMRA successfully neutralised SCP-1678-F and terminated Churchill.
- CMRA-1 sufficiently coordinated the group and made effective use of his high-calibre handgun and projected crystals to damage key components of SCP-1678-F.
- CMRA-2 was of limited combative use, but was effective far and beyond the reasonable expectations of a field medic, going so far as to administer a successful full injury healing from several meters away in the line of sight of live gunfire.
- CMRA-3 was exceedingly effective in this fight, and due to an as yet unexplained thaumaturgical effect8 (the energy remnants of which were discovered in a routine memetic/anomalous screening post-op), gained sudden bursts of power to his Axon-4 Stun Gun and his Volt Strike system, which both produced damage outputs an order of magnitude greater than their theoretical maximum when they struck SCP-1678-F.
- CMRA-4 used his anomalous power to wrestle spatial control of the internal chamber from SCP-1678-F early on in the encounter, preventing SCP-1678-F from launching any spatial attack he may have been capable of. He also then used his power to crush one of SCP-1678-F’s chain guns, which proved tactically significant.
By lucky accident, on the way back to the exit elevator, an instance of SCP-1678-B was captured intact.
Operation concluded at 1900 hours with 4/4 casualties.

Unit Statuses:
| CMRA-1 | Over the course of the mission, Captain Blackbeard suffered multiple high-calibre bullet wounds, and a stab wound due to Sergeant John’s negligence. Shortly after an engagement with a colossal biomechanical adversary, labelled SCP-1678-E, the Captain developed nascent powers of skin-calcification, allowing him resistance to bodily trauma and the ability to project shards of hard biological crystal. Captain Blackbeard has applied for the installation of an Adaptive Muscle Efficiency bioaug, as his placement as the strongest member of the team makes it a sensible choice. This has been approved. |
| CMRA-2 | Over the course of the mission, John Smith developed powers of invisibility, with the interesting ability to maintain vision. High-pressure steam burns suffered over most of body in the encounter with SCP-1678-E. John Smith has applied for the installation of a Computational Mental Trauma Blocker, as it will assuage his fears relating to mental invasion and memetic attack. This has been approved, despite the comparative tactical advantage that would be gained from upgrading his current visual aug with radar capability. |
| CMRA-3 | Over the course of the mission, Valen developed powers of temporal foresight, although so far they have proven limited and vague, with a psychological component troubling to Valen. No major injuries were suffered, although numerous minor ones rendered Valen in a dangerous condition at multiple points. Valen ██████ has applied for the installation of an Incendiary Thermodynamic Energy Projector, as he believes he will be more effective if he has permanent access to ranged damage output via fire. He also wishes that his comparative skill with his previous aug be noted. This has been approved and noted. |
| CMRA-4 | SCP-4008 suffered grievous damage to his left hand during the encounter with SCP-1678-E, and also suffered bullet wounds from SCP-1678-F and significant mental strain from wrestling spatial control from SCP-1678-F of the internal chamber of the alt-Houses of Parliament. No developments of note. SCP-4008 has applied for the installation of a Zen Reflex Booster module, as his most significant injury in the mission was due to an insufficient time to react to a threat. |

2.Paratech Deployment:
The CHIMERA project troopers were equipped, in addition to their limited tactical loadout, with the following mission-specific prototype augments:
- Prometheus Nanotech Augmented Platelet Substitution Mechanism “Clot Bot”: MTF-CHIMERA-1 was implanted with a system that functions upon an inter-communicative network of nanobots within the user’s bloodstream, and when heavy bleeding occurs, they will shut off blood flow to prevent exsanguination.
- Optimised Musculature Flow Overhaul “Muscular Efficiency Module” MTF-CHIMERA-1 was implanted with a system that allows the rearrangement of musculature for specific applications of force.
- Circe-5 Subcorneal Viewfinding Mesh “Night Vision”: MTF-CHIMERA-2 was implanted with an in-eye reactive vision matrix, that provides near-daylight clarity in low-light environments.
- Intraneural Thoughtstop Resistors “Mental Shielding” MTF-CHIMERA-2 was implanted with a brain modification that makes them more able to cope with stress or shock.
- Hypercapacative Carbon-Nanofiber Charge Release System “Volt Strike”: MTF-CHIMERA-3 was implanted with a subdermal network of charge-carrying metametallic carbon, allowing for melee combat output previously impossible.
- Incendiary Thermodynamic Energy Projector “Flame Fingers” MTF-CHIMERA-3 was implanted with an internal network of heat-absorbing components that allow him to produce bursts of flame from his hands.
- Zen Reflex Booster - MTF-CHIMERA-4 was implanted with graphene sheeting and gold wiring allows his body to react approximately 350% faster than he could previously.

- See Document-1461-A
- New intelligence indicating the presence of renewed manufacturing within.
Mission:
To investigate SCP-1461, with the purpose of neutralising the War Factories present within, and investigating the nature of the entity presumed to reside within the bottom of the subterranean network, and react accordingly.
Execution:
Commencing at 0500 hours, MTF-CHIMERA deployed from base by helicopter. Flight conditions were normal.
All elements arrived on location at 1200 hours.
Due to suggestions given on the basis of CMRA-2’s anomalous powers, entrance into SCP-1461 was heavily stunted and the team was fractured significantly. While not the worst error, this event is likely the catalysis for the issues forthcoming in this mission. In future, CMRA is ordered to maintain unity unless separation is absolutely necessary for mission success. Needless team fracturing will result in disciplinary action in future.
Three hostile humans (presumed to be worshippers of the Broken God) were encountered within the building, and took CMRA-3 and CMRA-4 by surprise, heavily injuring them both, to the point of unconsciousness in the case of CMRA-3. These assailants were neutralised by liberal application of force, and their surprise advantage meant that significant medical aid was required on all parts other than CMRA-2’s.
CMRA then attempted to enter a room on the top floor, and their attempts to force their way past it resulted in the burning and dismemberment of CMRA-1. With the use of CMRA-4’s powers, his leg was reattached. The room was eventually open via the speaking of a code-phrase, and inside a notebook containing incoherent scribblings was discovered. It was later discovered that a time mentioned within corresponded to a grandfather clock in a downstairs room, and when set to that time, the clock caused the stairs to open and reveal the lower cavity of SCP-1461.
This cavity appeared to have a neutralising effect on technology that was only available post WW1 and did not affect technology constructed using principles not conforming to consensus reality, such as CMRA-2’s eye implants. This rendered torches unusable, so a candelabra from the dining room of the mansion was lit and carried by CMRA-3.
Upon reaching a vent on the side of the passageway, CMRA-3 listened for activity and was instantly killed by an entity residing within, via the use of a long, sharp blade. 25% personnel loss is already cause for mission reassessment, and would have been intensely worrying had CMRA-3 not activated some sort of ‘auto-rewind’ effect based on his temporal powers, roughly an hour later.
When CMRA-3 died, CMRA-1 suffered a lapse in judgement and ran a significant distance further into the catacombs, and was injured by a trap that impaled and lodged within his leg. Investigating attempts were stymied by the sudden whim of CMRA-2 to charm and attempt to prevent CMRA-4 from leaving to investigate. CMRA-4 was not convinced, but the newly-regenerated CMRA-3 was. This lead to CMRA-4 investigating on his own, getting his leg impaled by a similar trap, and CMRA-2 and CMRA-3 sitting uselessly in the dark.
CMRA-1 and CMRA-4 managed to extricate themselves from these traps, and CMRA proceeded down the corridor until they reached the first of three War Factories. These seemed to produce objects based on what was placed in four receptacles on a podium in the middle. CMRA-1 removed the pipe bomb from one of the receptacles and proceeded to drop it at his feet. It exploded, causing impressively minimal damage. Seeing an opportunity for extra munitions, CMRA-3 placed an SMG round into the now-empty receptacle, but the factory system required a password to be entered prior to manufacture commencing. When the password was incorrectly entered by CMRA-3, the machinery produced an automatically targeting artillery cannon that proceeded to deal an amount of damage to CMRA-1, CMRA-3, and CMRA-4 that should have resulted in their deaths.
CMRA -1, -3, -4 then regenerated, again, in the case of CMRA-3, by various methods. CMRA-1 appeared to have some biological method of regeneration, while CMRA-3 repeated his previous effect and CMRA-4 had the good luck to have his corpse fall into the dimension he garners power from, allowing a speedy recovery.
Operation concluded at 1845 hours with 3 casualties.

Problem Areas:
This operation was a disaster. Were it not for an effect previously thought impossible, every member of MTF CHIMERA would be dead, bar CHIMERA-2. Clearly, this team is not as effective as first thought, and serious reassessment should be undergone. Despite tactical lapses, the events of this mission prove that this team is in fact significantly more effective than previously thought possible, as they can survive levels of bodily trauma that should kill them. MTF-CHIMERA has renewed funding and the possibility of additional members.
Unit Statuses:
| CMRA-1 | Over the course of the mission, Captain Blackbeard suffered multiple leg injuries, including temporary removal, laceration, a gunshot wound, and shredding. Captain Blackbeard has applied for endurance training. This has been approved. |
| CMRA-2 | Over the course of the mission, John Smith suffered no injury. John has applied for mental resistance training. Approved. |
| CMRA-3 | Over the course of the mission, Valen suffered four major wounds and reached critical condition twice. He is extremely dissatisfied and requests that MTF-CHIMERA be sent on a less dangerous mission next time. Valen has applied for requisition of nanobots to aid him in the field. Approved. |
| CMRA-4 | SCP-4008 suffered a leg laceration and shredding, and critical damage due to a malfunctioning Rocket Propelled Grenade and artillery shell fire. |

Intelligence:
Following Breach 17/27/10/18, one of the Foundation’s undercover operatives within the Global Occult Coalition reported that the G.O.C. had acquired intel on the location of SCP-096 post-breach. Given their desire to terminate the creature, it was assumed that a sizeable force would be assembled to ensure capture and execution. In response, MTF-CHIMERA was mobilised to ensure the protection of SCP-096 for its recovery and containment.
Mission:
To prevent the capture of SCP-096 and eliminate or incapacitate G.O.C. operatives.
Execution:
Operation commenced at 1030 hours.
MTF-CHIMERA deployed from base by helicopter. Flight conditions were normal and all elements arrived at covert pickup at 1030 hours and arrived in [DATA REDACTED], Arizona shortly after.
CMRA-3 entered the area of operation first, out of impatience to begin securing the area. -3 immediately caught sight of SCP-096 and alerted the team to the creature’s presence. SCP-096 did not become enraged, and an obscurant device was fitted over its head.
MTF-CHIMERA made efforts to secure the area, given later intel that Coalition forces would not arrive until several hours later. A number of improvised explosives and other equipment were strategically positioned, SCP-096 was gently escorted to a small brick building, and MTF-CHIMERA assumed combat positions for the encounter.
Several troops approached from the area between bearings 170 and 230, two of which were immediately neutralised by CMRA-2’s use of his power in conjunction with his issued Bowie knife. Most of the remaining Coalition forces were terminated via controlled detonations and traps in the forested area south of the engagement site, bar two units, one of which successfully shot CMRA-4, downing him for the rest of the engagement.
Four more troops approached from the east, all of which were immediately dispatched by CMRA-5 using SLR9. Two inbound G.O.C. helicopters achieved position above engagement position, at which point CMRA-6 terminated the four units operating the helicopters. From these, units equipped with suits of powered armour10 disembarked, most of which made way into the barn that SCP-096 had been present in prior to combat preparations.
Two armour units remained outside and engaged CMRA-3 & CMRA-6. CMRA-3 used
- His Spec Ops drone, to project a defensive field for CMRA-6.
- His Molecular Manipulation Nanobots to terminate an armoured unit via cranial disassembly.
- A concussion grenade, to disable the other armoured unit.
CMRA-1 then moved into the barn and activated his Fusion Flare, terminating all G.O.C. armoured units inside. All units were clear of the blast, bar CMRA-2, who used his power to avoid damage.
Operation concluded at 1900 hours with 3/6 allied casualties.

Problem Areas:
MTF-CHIMERA, while possessing numerous units with regenerative or otherwise damage-avoiding abilities, lacks effective defence even against conventional firearms, let alone anomalous weaponry or other offensive systems such as cognitohazards or kinetogylphs.
CMRA-1 displayed an inability to follow pre-agreed actions to take during engagement, resulting in a significant reduction in CHIMERA-2’s tactical efficacy, and causing unnecessary strain on Foundation medical resources for CHIMERA-4’s recovery from a neck injury that could have been treated much more hastily.
Unit Statuses:
| CMRA-1 | Sustained burns from exposure to air at sufficient temperature for nuclear fusion. |
| CMRA-2 | Nominal Condition. |
| CMRA-3 | Heavy trauma from a high-calibre Gatling gun. Entirely healed during the mission due to Universal Curative Enzyme. |

Intelligence:
[DATA EXPUNGED]
Mission:
To investigate the fate of Field Research Team 610-4 originally present within the Exclusion Zone, neutralise all encountered hostiles, and reactivate the sonic calming devices for SCP-610 instances.
Execution:
Operation commenced at 1200 hours.
MTF deployed via helicopter at minimum distance to ensure no immediate visual contact with the perimeter checkpoint. Units then walked the distance in subzero conditions, suffering minimal injury. CMRA-6 suffered minor frostbite11, and CMRA-1 through CMRA-4 reported significant discomfort.
Upon reaching the checkpoint, manned by three guards, CMRA-412 convinced them that MTF-CHIMERA was a replacement guard force, using an impromptu demonstration of his athletic competence, when an invisible CMRA-2 knocked over a container of flour within the checkpoint, which was caught by CMRA-4.
Further into the Exclusion Zone, MTF-CHIMERA arrived at Angarsk13. Conditions were less frigid within, due to radiation14 heating from disposed components from the Chernobyl Nuclear Plant, and the heat generated by large quantities of anomalous life present.
Vantage point was established upon a water tower within the town, and farm building that Field Research Team 610-4 was based in was sighted.
Prior to the investigation of the farm site, the team made motion to:
- Disable the clocktower in the town, so as to prevent loud sounds from unnecessarily aggravating 610 instances.
- Re-enable the White Noise Generators that MTF Beta-7 ("Maz Hatters") had previously installed to calm 610 instances, easing containment15.
Access to the town hall supporting the clocktower was difficult, given a thick oak door, and several inner deadbolts. -3, -1, and -5 consecutively attempted use of anomalous powers to open the door, -3 achieving nothing, -1 unintentionally transmuting the door to elementally pure titanium, and -5 finally managing to telekinetically unlock the deadbolts and opening the door.
Within, numerous corpses were present. The reason for their presence or the conditions of their expiration is unknown, but starvation, dehydration, or acute radiation sickness are suspected, as they appeared to be hiding from 610 instances.
After ascending a flight of stairs, -3 successfully dismantled the bell assembly. -3 had prior struck -2 seemingly unprovoked, to which -2 responded with mild irritation. (CMRA-3, Valen ██████, stated in his After Action Report that CMRA-2 had convinced him that the clock mechanism could be halted by use of strength alone, causing CMRA-3 to lose an arm in the machine, and then make use of his anomalous power to reset this event16)
The team then made their way down to the apartment complex present in the town that housed the White Noise Generators. Upon entry, MTF-CHIMERA were exposed to weakly17 cognitohazardous writing, reading [DATA EXPUNGED]. All members suffered minimal ill effects, due to their rigorous Antimemetics & Cognitohardening training.
Further into the building, several SCP-610 instances were encountered - two large semi-humanoid entities, and one gestalt entity comprising several dozen small rodent-like creatures.
MTF-CHIMERA engaged the entities, upon immediate display of hostility. Minimal permanent injuries were suffered, due to unit augmentation, and CMRA-2’s use of his medical equipment. All units displayed combat efficacy above their normal standard, and their performance has been noted.
Further into the building, MTF-CHIMERA entered a cave system, in which was present a large lake, containing an SCP-610 instance much bigger than those previously encountered. In a display very similar to EVENT-CMRA-1, CMRA-2 was suddenly suffused with a great deal of thaumatic energy, and produced a Class-A Divine Construct in the form of a long knife, estimated by CMRA-3 & CMRA-5 to be ~25cm blade length.
Using this blade, CMRA-2 dealt such significant physical trauma in a single slash to the 610 instance that it was almost instantly killed.
CMRA-3 attempted to finish the instance off with a fragmentation grenade, although the darkness in the cave coupled with his confusion over the events recently transpired caused him to throw the grenade toward CMRA-1, who caught it, and attempted to throw it back. CMRA-4 used his Reflex Booster Augment to catch the grenade and successfully throw it far enough to prevent harm to the team.
CMRA-5 neutralises threat with custom rifle.
White Noise Generators reactivated; the investigation into Research Team 610-4 resumed.
[garden fight!]
MTF-CHIMERA then proceeded to Research Site 610-4, encountering a ransacked and destroyed site, presumed to be [DATA LOST], [DATA LOST]18, [DATA LOST], and MTF-CHIMERA returned to Angarsk to continue the investigation.
Units -1,-3,-4,-6 from this point forward were suffering from an as-yet unclassified psionic interference, which manifested as a compulsion to harm other team members and prevent mission success.
A hospice in Angarsk remained unexplored, on the roof of which was present a written note detailing a creation method for a substance that would presumably neutralise 610 instances more effectively. Acting on psionic compulsion, CMRA-1 destroyed the note without alerting the rest of MTF-CHIMERA.
Within the hospice, several human corpses were present, cause of death unknown.
MTF-CHIMERA then moved to explore the convenience store present in Angarsk.
Within the store, a makeshift trap activated, striking CMRA-2 and CMRA-4 with a shotgun blast. An arachnid 610 instance was alerted and then engaged CMRA-2 & -4, dealing minimal damage, and was neutralised by CMRA-3 from outside via fragmentation grenade.
MTF-CHIMERA moved to explore a street, with one accessible house.
Internals were decrepit but lacked any indication of anomalous activity. An attic-space, the only entrance of which was inaccessible, was present, and CMRA-2 blinked in to investigate. Present in the attic was a damaged notebook, the contents of which seemed to detail a resident of Angarsk who attempted to hide from some threat, presumed to be 610 instances.
The reading of the book seems to have incited the manifestation of several entities of unknown composition and origin19 within the attic space. Upon this occurrence, CMRA-2 immediately blinked back down to the rest of his unit, and MTF-CHIMERA moved to evac.
Operation concluded at 1900 hours with 2/6 allied casualties.
To ensure full future containment and facilitate cleanup, MTF Eta-10 "See No Evil" and MTF Beta-7 "Maz Hatters" will sweep the Exclusion Zone now that MTF Tau-6 "Project Chimera" has successfully eliminated the majority of the SCP-610 threat.

Intelligence:
An envoy from the Global Occult Coalition corroborated observations that SCP-2399 was becoming active, and proposed a coordinated effort to render it nonfunctional.
Mission:
Neutralise SCP-2399 at all costs.
Execution:
Prior to execution, MTF-CHIMERA were escorted to a Global Occult Coalition safehouse, in which they were introduced to Global Occult Coalition Strike Team [EXPUNGED] and equipped with what little Foundation and GOC PTOLEMY Division efforts could produce.
MTF-CHIMERA utilised Global Occult Coalition apportation technology to transport themselves to Jupiter, along with GOC forces. A GOC UHEC was used to breach the hull of the device, and MTF-CHIMERA began progressing into SCP-2399.
Immediately upon entry, six octopoid drones engaged MTF-CHIMERA and were dispatched.
MTF-CHIMERA then entered a room containing multiple structures identified as capacitors for the main weapons system of SCP-2399. While tough, they were eventually destroyed by extended heating.
Further exploration leads the group into an armoury, containing weapons clearly designed to be [DATA EXPUNGED]. MTF-CHIMERA engaged [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and acquired a device that appeared to operate upon similar principles to the main weapon structure of SCP-2399, albeit drastically miniaturised. As the only member of the boarding force capable of lifting the device, GOC-UHEC operator Major Viase was allowed to wield it for the remaining duration of action, given the assumed tactical advantage such a device would provide.
MTF-CHIMERA followed a preset route to the magnetic rotary array, and encountered further drone resistance, resulting in heavy injury to CMRA-6, despite the use of anomalous form. After an extended engagement, this second assault was terminated and rotor acceleration was halted by the use of blunt force.
MTF-CHIMERA advance to a room serving as a research facility, and recover [CLEARANCE LEVEL O5], and a set of handheld small arms.
MTF-CHIMERA advance to the apparent point of origin of some of the drones, at which an access point was present that provided a link to the mainframe of SCP-2399. With the use of an advanced AIC, sufficient access was gained to disable the receiving system assumed to allow the reception of communications from the Triangulum Galaxy.
The AIC was then set to damage as many critical systems as possible, causing irreparable damage to the temporal mass anchor, and hydrogen harvesting scoop.
[DATA EXPUNGED]
In a last-ditch effort to kill our insurgent force, SCP-2399's automated defence system manifested a being constructed from phased gamma radiation22, but given the comparative ordnance disparity between our and the GOC's combined force and the anomalous entity, termination was largely a foregone conclusion.
All units then activated the GOC Reverse-Wave Apportation Matrix modules in their suits, transporting them back to the GOC safehouse from which they had left.
Operation concluded at 0200 hours UT1, 30/12/18 with 3/4 allied casualties.

Threat Entity Database Entry
Threat ID:
LTE-8462-NACL-Bosch "Broken Planet Killer"
Authorized Response Level:
5 (Immediate Response) N/A (Confirmed Destroyed, File Archived)
Description:
An autonomous megastructure-class spacecraft with antimatter weaponry. Advanced defensive systems render kinetic attacks useless, and automatically target and destroy approaching threats.
Liquidation Procedures:
Apply the biggest electromagnetic pulse possible to weaken defensive systems, then damage critical systems with as much ordnance as possible, be it anomalous or otherwise.
Follow the lead of Foundation Mobile Task Force 'Chimera', they have devised a more functional method for liquidation, based on higher-fidelity analysis of KTE-8462-NACL-Bosch.

Parathreat Investigation Special Observer:
"Leavitt" (72565474/4X1)
Overview:
KTE-8462-NACL-Bosch observed to begin emitting several orders of magnitude more thermal radiation than usual, repair efforts mostly ceased.
Parathreat Evidence:
Large thermal radiation emitted from Jupiter's Great Red Spot, observable by standard observatories operating in the infrared spectrum.
Suggested Response/Requests:
Disable or censor all observatories operating that are capable of observing the ongoing event, scramble a Strike Team, upgrade Response Level to 5, liquidate ASAP. Consider contacting Org-3 "The SCP Foundation" for information and assistance in the repulsion of a possible threat to all life on Earth. Use of +2Gen or TanGenT technology recommended, given threat and lack of Second Mission concerns in this location.
