SCP-4115 is never to be removed from the case aside from testing procedures and temporary relocation into another enclosed space. Description: SCP-4115 is a limestone arrowhead, about ██ inches squared. SCP-4115 appears to be of Native American descent, approximately ████ years old. Upon throwing SCP-4115, it will gain tremendous speed (approx. ███ km/h) and after 3 seconds, SCP-4115 instantly be transported to whatever entity the thrower is thinking of (further referred to as SCP-4115-1) and imbed itself into the skull, piercing the brain and instantly killing SCP-4115-1. After 5 minutes imbedded in SCP-4115-1, SCP-4115 instantly transports back to the thrower. SCP-4115 will reappear in any available pocket worn by the thrower. If no pockets are available, SCP-4115 will appear in the thrower’s hand, which will uncontrollably close.

SCP-4115 was originally recovered in ███ ████, Mexico by the ██████ team. It was being used for several heinous murders by [DATA EXPUNGED], a resident of the city. After apprehending him and securing SCP-4115, [DATA EXPUNGED] committed suicide by smashing his head into the vehicle wall, later dying from head trauma.
