Special Contaiment Procedures:
SCP-4032 is to be contained inside 12mX12m sealed contaiment cell at all times in Site-██. Testing is allowed by at least one level 3 personel Testing is to be accepted by at least ¾ vote from O-5 council, and carried by a level 5 personel.
Description:
SCP-4032 looks like a regular 12 year old boy. If a personel shows himself within a 10m radius from SCP-4032, it will begin singing inside the vicims mind, which by then he or she will be called SCP-4032-1. SCP-4032 sings a lullaby to SCP-4032-1 until they fall asleep, then SCP-4032 stops singing and starts eating. SCP-4032’s lullaby has been written down by D-{Data Expunged} (See Adendum-4032 23122012). SCP-4032 can eat more personel at once if they are present in the same room as SCP-4032, even though only one of them can hear the lullaby (See incident 4032-1-A).
Addendum-4032 23122012:
On the camera feed we can see D-{Data Expunged} siting down on a chair near a desk, we can also cleary see the name of this class D: D-4512. D-4512 is holding a pen and is writing down what is presumed the lullaby of SCP-4032. SCP-4032 is in a different containment cell.D-4512 appears to be in a 10m radius away from SCP-4032. After D-4512 is done writing down he stands up and falls asleep. SCP-4032 manifests inside D-4512’s containment cell and starts eating D-4512. It is yet unknown how SCP-4032 did appear inside D-4512’s containment cell.
Incident 4032-1-A:
Camera feed shows us one class D with the name D-3025. D-3025 looks distrests and is beging to leave. Dr. █████ calls in two armed guards to go and take D-3025. Two armed guards enter the room. D-3025 falls asleep. Not long after one of the armed guards falls asleep. The second guard says that he can’t hear the lullaby, soon after he also falls asleep. All three of them were eaten by SCP-4032.

SCP-4032 has breached contaiment. It killed {Redacted} personel. Im getting reports oft hat now three more SCP have breached contaiment. That’s it im calling Mobile Task Force ε-11.
