SCP-XXXX-1 is the right arm in a set of limbs fom a very powerful creature and has a tendency to attach itself to any human that is missing the corresponding limb.

SCP-XXXX-1 has the ability to create a "power" from the thoughts of the beholder but can only hold one at a time,or after 27 hours of the arm being "triggered". Some holders often say that the arm would speak to them telepathically and the first thing said is "HE IS THE ONE"
