Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 3.1x3.1 meter room with a 30x30cm coded clear bullet proof glass casing around SCP-XXXX. One armed guard is to be stationed outside of SCP-XXXXs containment unit to check personnel trying to enter wrists for SCP-XXXXs dragon marking. If no dragon marking is found or visible on the users wrist then they are to be prevented access to SCP-XXXXs containment cell. Only Foundation or D-Class with SCP-XXXXs dragon marking formed on their wrist are allowed to gain access to SCP-XXXX. CCV cameras are to be placed inside of SCP-XXXXs containment cell to monitor SCP-XXXX-1 and personal monitoring SCP-XXXX-1 are to note time stamps of when SCP-XXXXs arrives back inside of SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX departs from SCP-XXXX-1. Incase of a SCP-XXXX-E1 or SCP-XXXX-E2 event occurs security is to enter SCP-XXXXs containment and intervene removing SCP-XXXX from its wearer. Security is then to carefully place SCP-XXXX back inside SCP-XXXX-1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a ring band made of full diamond that’s 6.23x1.98cms in measurement. SCP-XXXX contains a neon blue dragon devouring its own tail engraved in the front of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to placed inside of a small wooden ring box (here by known as SCP-XXXX-1) at all times. SCP-XXXX-1 is approximately 19cm of length containing a padding for SCP-XXXX to fit inside of it. SCP-XXXX seeks out people who is in most need of it and transmits a voice of the persons soulmate telepathically to the said person, telling them to put SCP-XXXX on. Once SCP-XXXX is picked up by the person it has chosen, SCP-XXXX then being to anomalously change it’s measurement to fit the wearers finger which shows to cause no apparent harm or discomfort to the wearer. A unremovable marking of a dragon devouring its tail (here by known as SCP-XXXX-2) then forms on their right wrists when SCP-XXXX as fully been fitted to the wearer. The wearer then hears a unbodied voice of their soulmate inside of their head (here by known as SCP-XXXX-3) guiding them where they can find the person behind the voice of which is their soulmate. The subject also seems to feels urges to find their soulmate even more while having heighten senses and the urge to complete their dreams and life goals as they search for their soulmate. SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX-3 both act as a guide to helping the wearer to find their soulmate. SCP-XXXX-3 begins getting louder but not defying the wearer, the closer they get to their soulmate. SCP-XXXX-2 begins to devour its own tail the closer the wearer gets to finding their soulmate. Once the wearer finds their said soulmate SCP-XXXX-2 will have then fully devoured itself and SCP-XXXX-3 which has been reported by wearers to say “You found them, congratulations” then SCP-XXXX-3 will then completely stop talking. Under the circumstances that the wearers soulmate is deceased or married SCP-XXXX-3 will speak to that persons soulmate as if it’s their own self consciousness guiding them to find the wearer. Once the wearer and their soulmate meet SCP-XXXX-3 no longer guides the soulmate instead leaving them to their own choices. If the said persons soulmate is deceased then SCP-XXXX will then begin to fill the wears thoughts and memories with that of their soulmates, giving the wearer a feeling as if they known and have been with their soulmate their whole life. SCP-XXXX then gives the wearer hope and motivation to live out their life’s for their soulmates. There appears to be no negative effect after this event that has been recorded. SCP-XXXX disappears from the wear along side SCP-XXXX-2 and SCP-XXXX then reappears back inside of SCP-XXXX-1 after any of these events take place. If in a rare circumstance that a person that SCP-XXXX hasn’t chosen attempts to place SCP-XXXX on their finger then one of two events will occur. Event one SCP-XXXX will decrease in size around the non chosen persons finger while SCP-XXXX-3 then seems to manifest during this event filling the non chosen wearers head with terror and can be heard shouting in a deep pitched voice that “We will cut off your blood circulation!”until SCP-XXXX is removed from the wearers finger. Its to be noted that SCP-XXXX-2 doesn’t form during this event. In event two, SCP-XXXX grows to large for the wearers finger causing SCP-XXXX to not fit the persons finger. During this SCP-XXXX-3 then manifest and begins speaking in a firm tone of voice “This ring isn’t for you, for you were not chosen” stopping only when SCP-XXXX is carefully placed back inside of SCP-XXXX-1. People who have worn SCP-XXXX or witnessed any of its anomalous properties have no recollection of their encounters with SCP-XXXX and it’s anomalous properties instantly after SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-3 have disappeared and reappeared back inside SCP-XXXX-1. The wearer does have a feeling of thankfulness for SCP-XXXX but they express no signs of knowing what SCP-XXXX is. SCP-XXXX has no known range limit on finding someone to chose. The furthest range has tested to be 100km. Nor does SCP-XXXX have any known limit to helping the people of its choosing towards being United with their soulmate. SCP-XXXX also seems to choose all people no matter gender or sexuality. SCP-XXXX has previously “chosen” a female researcher, a male of homosexual sexuality and a female who’s soulmate is deceased (check experiment logs for more information). It’s to be understood that if no personal within the Foundation Facility is chosen by SCP-XXXX , SCP-XXXX will disappear from SCP-XXXX-1 (by means the Foundation doesn’t understand yet) and find someone that it has chosen. SCP-XXXX will then reappear back inside SCP-XXXX-1 after it has united its chosen person to their soulmates. Time spans of which SCP-XXXX has remain gone from SCP-XXXX-1 range from 2 month, 8 months, 1 year and 5 months.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX is rumoured to have been blessed by witches of seven tribes. SCP-XXXX then was passed down by the witches to a family of mortals whom go by the name “The Labonairs” which of whom seemed to all have died making SCP-XXXXs loyalty to The Labonairs stop. SCP-XXXX started craving other human contact for which lead to SCP-XXXX coming into SCP Foundation custody after a member of The Foundation known as Dr.[REDACTED], found SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 in the backseat of her car on April ██ ██18. After Dr.[REDACTED] placed SCP-XXXX on her finger she instantly found out about SCP-XXXXs anomalous properties after being filled with motivation and hope to find her soulmate and to complete her life goals and dreams. Dr.[REDACTED] then walked into Site ██ handing the ring box to one of the researchers at Site ██ after 3 months SCP-XXXX was reported to be back inside of SCP-XXXX-1. After giving SCP-XXXX-1 to the Foundation Dr[REDACTED] was imminently interviewed. (Check below for interview)

Dr. Mitchell: hello Doctor, so if I may how did you come across SCP-XXXX and it’s anomalous properties?

Dr.[REDACTED]: I just found it in the backseat of my car after which I started hearing voices telling me to put SCP-XXXX on so I did and that’s how I became aware of its anomalous properties. After which I turned the ring box into Foundation custody.

Dr. Mitchell: I see, so what convinced you to take the ring?

Dr.[REDACTED]: I’m professional, I work for The SCP Foundation after all. But I couldn’t help to find my soulmate but I knew I had to give the ring box to The Foundation before I did any of it.

Dr. Mitchell gets up off of his chair and thanks Dr.[REDACTED] for her time.

Dr. Mitchell: Good evening, so what did you experience when wearing SCP-XXXX?

████: It was empowering and motivational feels that the ring gave me.

Dr. Mitchell: could you elaborate please?

████: It was giving me this super urge “for say”, for me to want to find my soulmate along side complete my goals and dreams. The ring helped me find out who I really am.

Dr. Mitchell: Go on ████.

████: See I didn’t know I was gay until that ring found me. That ring guided me across the seas to Yorkshire Northern England to find that my soulmate is a guy. We hit it off right off the back.

Dr. Mitchell: Good Morning ████, now if you don’t mind I’m a ask you some question regarding the SCP-XXXX. What happened when you put SCP-XXXX on and how did you find out your soulmate was deceased.

████: When I put the ring on I instantly know about my soulmates passing.

Dr. Mitchell: Can you elaborate?

████: I can’t explain it I just know somehow.

Dr. Mitchell. Then what happened after that?

████: My mind and every thought started being filled with memories of my soulmate. I sen their face, I seen their smile, I seen everything about them. I known them my whole life. After I got this and well I still do have this urge that’s hungry for me to life my life out in happiness for my soulmate.
