Experiment: D-0139 was asked to take a notepad (containing ten (10) questions) into the cell and read the questions to SCP-XXXX. D-0139 was equipped with an audio receiver and a heart rate monitor. Th e goal of the 'interview' was to lull D-0139 into a false sense of security as D-0139 was told once he finished the interview he would be returned to his cell. The actual purpose of this experiment was to see how SCP-XXXX creates an SCP-XXXX-1.

D-0139 glanced over his notes. When ready, he was moved towards the cell door.
Subject was then placed into the cell. Subject was compliant.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: D-0139 (.) if you're receiving my transmission look towards the camera and wave.
D-0139 turns to the camera and waves.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: Splendid. As you can see SCP-XXXX might appear scary but is nothing to fear. You're going to need to ask him those questions before you can leave (.) do you understand?
D-0139 turns to the camera and nods.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: I appreciate the cooperation. Take your time D-0139. Try not to worry (.) relax (.) and you'll be just fine.
D-0139 approaches SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is sitting on the floor in the back left of the cell.
D-0139: Hello? (.) Hello? (…)
D-0139 doesn't receive a response.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: Don't be afraid to get his attention.
D-0139 stares at the camera and then looks towards SCP-XXXX. D-0139 taps SCP-XXXX on the shoulder.
SCP-XXXX: Oh my. You're quite the fright. Please (.) take a seat (.) the floor really is rather comfy.
D-0139 ignored this and kept standing.
D-0139's heart rate dropped from one-hundred-and-twenty (120) bpm to seventy-eight (78) bpm in around five (5) seconds after direct communication with SCP-XXXX was established.
D-0139: Err (.) I've been asked to ask you questions (.) you like cool with that?
SCP-XXXX: Go ahead. Not like I have anything better to do. Not with all this (2) security (…)
D-0139: OK then. Well uhh where do (.) err do you originate (2) originate from? (…)
Fifteen (15) seconds go by.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: We need an answer D-0139.
D-0139: Sorry, I need to (.) umm (2) know where you originate (.) originate? Like home and-
SCP-XXXX: (unintelligible: shelk, smelk, smullk?). A place all too familiar to (.) your kind. (…)
Ten (10) seconds go by.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: Can you try and ask him what he means?
D-0139: What do you like (.) mean by that? Can you go more into detail?
SCP-XXXX: No, I cannot.
D-0139: OK (.) I mean like (.) OK I guess (…)
Thirteen (13) seconds go by.
At this point D-0139 is observed pacing around the cell.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: Next question (2) alright?
Eleven (11) seconds go by.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: D-0139 if you're still with me give a wave to the camera.
D-0139 dropped the notepad.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: D-0139 if you're still there please pick up the notepad (.) D-0139?
Eleven (11) seconds go by. D-0139 did not respond to Dr. L Bailey's request.
Dr. L Bailey -> D-0139: D-0139? Failure to comply will result in termination.
Three (3) seconds go by. D-0139 looks at the camera and then looks towards SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX levered itself off the ground and turned towards D-0139.
SCP-XXXX: [DATA REDACTED: Possible Cognitohazard]
This the point it's believed D-0139 became SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1's heart rate increased from eighty-one (81) bpm to one-hundred-and-sixty (160) bpm in around four (4) seconds after hearing the possible cognitohazard.
Dr. L Bailey -> SCP-XXXX-1: D-0139 (.) this is your last chance to cooperate.
SCP-XXXX's facial cavity began to illuminate a bluish flare.
Dr. L Bailey -> SCP-XXXX-1: //D-0139 (.) you are now classified as SCP-XXXX-1 because of your failure to comply (…)/
SCP-XXXX-1 looked towards the camera and then turned back towards SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-1: I am ready to die. I am ready to serve you in the afterlife (…)
SCP-XXXX: Then so be.
SCP-XXXX-1 began to smash their head against the cell wall, once realising the sound-proof alterations made to the cell greatly diminished the impact of the blows to their head, they instead began to use their hands to scrape off skin tissue. Next, moving on to attempting to crush their head in between their hands which dramatically reduced the size of their head. Once SCP-XXXX-1's head was small enough, SCP-XXXX-1's head was engulfed by SCP-XXXX's facial cavity.
SCP-XXXX-1's head then remained inside SCP-XXXX for forty (40) seconds, then SCP-XXXX-1's now decapitated body fell to the ground.

Aftermath: Heart rate monitors attached to SCP-XXXX-1 (formerly D-0139) had a one-hundred-and-forty-three (143) bpm measurement following forty-two (42) minutes after experimentation had concluded. The corpse was sent to the incinerators.
