Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 2.5 x 2.5 meter, 12 cm thick steel cell with one 15 cm thick steel door with outside knob and lock, with at least one guard present at all times. SCP-XXXX does not express the need to eat or drink, and has not been observed doing either.¹ XXXX expresses paranoid response if cell is not kept within these exact parameters, and will request (with increasing urgency) to be moved to an appropriate cell. If XXXX is allowed to continue, it will go into a panicked state, screaming at the top of its lungs in terror until a ██████ materializes within its cell and ████ it to death. The ██████ will then promptly disappear, and SCP-XXXX will reanimate unharmed within a few hours. This will happen once every 3 days until a suitable containment cell is given to XXXX or if it is permitted to leave containment until a proper cell is present.

Despite never having attempted to breach containment (XXXX has been observed to exit its cell and return during containment breaches of other Euclid- or Keter-Class SCPs), SCP-XXXX is to be directed by any Class-C personnel to return to its cell. If SCP-XXXX refuses to comply, it is to be executed in the same way that any human combatant is dispatched. SCP-XXXX will proceed to rapidly decompose into a compound similar to ██████████ and reform within its originally assigned containment cell within 4 hours. No further action is required until SCP-XXXX attempts to breach containment again.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity about 2 meters in height and weighs about 195.4 kg. (SCP-XXXX ‘s height and weight varies whenever it reforms, the given values are averages of all observed heights and weights of SCP-XXXX.) SCP-XXXX has the voice of a 24-year-old male, although the voice could be being altered by its helmet. XXXX is always wearing a standard-issue Tactical Response Officer uniform of the site it is contained in, and there are no reports of what it looks like underneath its uniform. All attempts at removing the uniform have resulted in SCP-XXXX exterminating the subjects tasked with removing it. XXXX was found in ██████, Quebec by MTF-Kappa-147 during an operation to recover SCP ███.²

SCP-XXXX expresses interest in joining the Foundation, and cooperates fully with all requests made by the Foundation, save for the removal of its uniform. XXXX insists it has not been able to remove the uniform for as long as it can remember, and states that the uniform is a part of it, like a human’s skin or hair.³ X-ray and blood tests administered by Dr. █████████ and █████ indicate XXXX is human, but Dr. ███████ has expressed concern about the outcome of the blood tests after analysis returned a 70% DNA match to the researchers. █████████ and █████ both deny altering the lab results, and all further tests showed similar results of SCP-XXXX having remarkably similar DNA to the researchers testing it.

SCP-XXXX has extensive knowledge of the Foundation, expressing knowledge of the containment procedures of every SCP it comes across⁴, addressing personnel by their ID numbers and even seems to be able to identify spies and saboteurs.⁵ When questioned, SCP-XXXX claims that it just naturally knows all of its information, and refers to it as its “natural data”. XXXX, on rare occassion, indicates that it was created, but interrogation and normal questioning find that SCP-XXXX has no knowledge of its life before 3-1-20██.

When it feels threatened, SCP-XXXX grows a 1 meter pair of polyester wings and a 3 meter reptilian tail. Samples of the tail indicate it to be of the ██████ species, native to ████. XXXX cannot do this at will, but can restrict itself from growing its wings and tail. Observers have stated that the tail and wings grow “right from its uniform in seconds” and that “they disappear just as fast as they appear.” XXXX’s proficiency with using its tail and wings suggests that it has used them frequently before capture, and SCP-XXXX has only been observed using them for combat, indicating that XXXX has had its memories wiped before coming in contact with the Foundation.

In the case of a Euclid- or Keter-level containment breach at its site, SCP-XXXX will breach containment and aid site staff and Mobile Task Forces in containing all escaped SCPs. Despite the purpose for its existence being unknown, SCP-XXXX has been given MTF status for Sites ███, ██, ██, ███, ██, and ████. SCP-XXXX is allowed to patrol any site it is contained in (unless specifically denied by its director) and its uniform has been observed to change when entering the premises of a different site.
