Name: Researcher MW
Date: 27/07/2019
Total Items: Three blank LP records
Note: This was a test to determine if SCP-914 can "record" sound waves onto a given memory source. For each test, music was played inside the input chamber at 60 decibels before starting SCP-914; the specific song will be mentioned in the input.
Input: One blank LP record; the first verse of the nursery rhyme Mary Had a Little Lamb.
Setting: 1:1
Output: One LP record. Upon playing it, the record played the entire song before playing another louder, cacophonous sound approximately three seconds later.
Note: That was definitely the sound of the door slamming. We found out that it works, but that we need to minimize any external stimuli asides from our intended input. Further tests will use a longer song with the corrections listed beforehand.
Input: One blank LP record; the song Violeta by IZ*ONE, a South Korean-Japanese girl group.
Setting: 1:1
Output: One LP record. Upon playing it, the record played what the researcher described as "the Japanese version" of the song by the same artist. To this date, this song is only available in the Korean language.
Note: 914 has officially started to mess with me, and it's only on 1:1. Slightly worried about what it's going to bring me on higher levels. I'll be keeping this, though…
Input: Same as above test.
Setting: Fine
Output: One LP record. Upon playing it, the record played
