Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 3 steel layer, 6m x 6m x 6m humanoid containment chamber. the steel is to be at least 1cm thick. Monthly checks for any cracks or holes are mandatory. In the chamber there are to be two survaillance cameras, SCP-XXXX is to be under constant surveillance at all times. Entering SCP-XXXX's cell is forbidden without O5 approval.

updated containment procedures: SCP-XXXX's chamber is to be made of five steel layers, one layer has to be at least 3cm in thickness, between the layers there is to be 1,5cm of empty space.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity that measures approximately 1,9m in height. The entity appears to be a hairless middle aged male of an unkown origin that does not possess eyelids and always appears to be smiling, SCP-XXXX possesses the ability to sense mental and psychological disorders.

The Foundation became aware of SCP-XXXX in 1984, when the first incident was reported. Bodies of two young children were found dead with a cut from the corners their mouths up to their ears.

If SCP-XXXX sees a human, it will start to approach the subject and one of the following scenarios will occur:

• The first and rarest scenario is that if the victim smiles while SCP-XXXX is approaching it, SCP-XXXX will whipe itself out of the subject's memory and will leave the subject alone

• In the second and most common scenario is that If the subject will make any other facial expression then a smile, SCP-XXXX will proceed to stab the victim with the nearest sharp object that it can find, if any sharp object aren't around, SCP-XXXX will use it's hands, after several stabing, the victim's bodie will be marked with a "glasgow smile" that is a cut from the corners of a victim's mouth up to the ears.

• And the third scenario is that if SPC-XXXX's victim suffers from depression or any other mental illness, SCP-XXXX will forcefully try to make the subject smile by stretching both sides of the victims mouth, under all the pressure that SCP-XXXX is applying to it's victim, the victim's face will rip.

Addendum XXXX-1: on 17/5/2020 SCP-XXXX was able to breach containment, after approximately half an hour SCP-XXXX was successfully contained in it's chamber. This containment breach resoluted in an update of the special containmet procedures.
