Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4319 is to be kept in a 5x5 meter chamber. Only personnel with a security clearance of 2 can enter SCP-4319's chamber. Only level 3 personnel or higher
have permission to conduct experiments on SCP-4319.

Description: SCP-4319 is a 7.6-centimeter long stainless steel screwdriver with a black handle with "CHINA" on it in bold font.

When left alone, SCP-4319 will tighten all Phillips head screws in its immediate vicinity, this has not been observed, however. If SCP-4319 is used by a human subject, any Phillips
head screw will offer little to none resistance despite their resistance with a non-anomalous screwdriver of any kind. If SCP-4319 is attempted to be inserted into a flat-head screw, the user
will become irate with the screwdriver and attempt to destroy it. (See addendum 4319-4).

Addendum 4319-1

SCP-4319 was retrieved from Dr.████ on █/█/13 after they presumed the item had anomalous properties after usage on a Phillips screw that "Wouldn't budge with anything else", and noticing
Phillips head screws around the house being mysteriously tightened.

Addendum 4319-2

SCP-4319 is left in a 10x10 meter chamber with an Oak 2"x4", with various screws placed in pre-drilled holes (Note that they were not fully secured into the holes). After approximately 4.5
hours personnel were sent to check on SCP-4319 in the testing chamber. All Phillips screws had been fully and tightly screwed into the holes, while all flat-head screws remained unmoved.
SCP-4319 was found 0.9 meters away from where they were originally placed.

Addendum 4319-3

D-6560 is placed in a testing chamber along with SCP-4319, and 12.7-centimeter block of cement, which had been poured around a 7.5-centimeter long Phillips head screw. D-6560 was then
instructed to attempt to remove the screw. D-6560 was able to fully remove the screw in approximately 4.4 seconds.

Addendum 4319-4

D-10923 is placed into a testing chamber along with SCP-4319, and a 12.7-centimeter block of cement, which had been poured around a 7.5-centimeter long flat-head screw, D-10923 was then
instructed to attempt to remove the screw, upon insertion of the screwdriver into the screw, D-10923 was immediately overcome with a fit of rage, while screaming expletives and attempting to destroy SCP-4319 by snapping it in half. D-10923 was later subdued by security and returned to their cell.
