Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a 10x10x5 meter chamber underground. It must be locked in it's containment chamber at all times. When personnel must enter SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, no more than 2 may enter at any time and the door is to be relocked behind them. If it were to ever breach containment all personel would have to use highly electric tazers and turrents to stabilize it. If it escapes out of the foundation, personel would use anything explosive. In some very rare cases a nuke would be launched to terminate it. Before launching the Nuke the 05 Council must approve of it.
Description: The following description is about SCP-XXXX's [REDACTED] form. A humaniod creature measuring approximately 2.40 meters in height. It has dark black skin as hard as rock. SCP-XXXX has long arms with no hands and has 2 sharp claws, bone type texture sticking out of its body. It has a humanoid mouth with a human-like tongue coming from it's upper torso. Dr. [REDACTED] has examined SCP-XXXX through an X-Ray scan and has shown that SCP-XXXX has no intestine nor a digestive system. SCP-XXXX can be very aggressive when disrupted. It has 2 white ghostly pale eyes that is double the size of a human being's eye. SCP-XXXX has a very wide jaw and also has scars and pieces of rotten flesh that are visible throughout the body. In some cases it will release long slender tentacles from its flesh and drag anything near it into it's upper torso. SCP-XXXX can manifest into a black cat with yellow eyes, it usually does this to lure it's pray in for food.
History: The first encounters with SCP-XXXX was in Las Vegas, March 22, 1999. There were many reports of some noises that sounded like a cat underneath Las Vegas coming from the sewers. This news started to pass by from people to people and soon got the attention of some students in [REDACTED] grade. It is sayed the students went to discover the sewers at midnight and when police found them there was only [REDACTED] student(s) left. Police got information from the student(s) that they encountered a black cat with yellow/orange eyes and quickly manifested into a large cat with claws about 4 inches each. The police later called in the FBI, the FBI quickly recongized that this wasn't just any other missing spree. It was something only the SCP Foundation could know.
