Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard anomalous containment locker at Site-14, anyone that works within a 25 meter radius of SCP-XXXX should be informed about SCP-XXXX to prevent the mention of boxes or other containers around SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small crimson colored box approximately 7.6 cm X 5 cm X 10.2 cm in size when innactive. when personnel within a 25-meter radius mentions a container of any shape, SCP-XXXX will explode instantly and reappear next to personnel in the same size and shape as mentioned by the personnel. Testing on how SCP-XXXX explodes and reappears is inconclusive. Attempts to permanently destroy SCP-XXXX also proves inconclusive.
The explosion caused by SCP-XXXX when a container is mentioned varies depending on the size of the mentioned box, but objects placed in SCP-XXXX do not affect the size/color/noise of the explosion.
Recovery: SCP-XXXX was recovered in ██████, Wyoming in the ████ Residence when the homeowner was reportedly looking for a box to put their belongings in. SCP-XXXX then promptly exploded causing █,███ dollars in property damage.
Testing log XXXX-1:
1. D-XXXX was instructed to describe SCP-XXXX to itself behind a blast shield.
Results: SCP-XXXX exploded and reappeared next to D-XXXX in the same form
2. SCP-XXXX was placed in a sound-proof locker in a room next to the testing chamber, D-XXXX was instructed to describe SCP-XXXX once again.
Results: SCP-XXXX appeared next to D-XXXX
Note: the explosion caused ███ USD in property damage.
3. SCP-XXXX was placed in an indestructible container. Several pieces of standard-issue printer paper were ripped to fit inside of SCP-XXXX’s inactive state. D-XXXX was asked to describe SCP-XXXX.
Results: SCP-XXXX appeared next to D-XXXX with the paper still inside.
Note: requests to transport materials using SCP-XXXX have been denied due to the small radius of SCP-XXXX’s anomalous properties and damage risks.
4. SCP-XXXX was placed inside an indestructible container. Standard issue printer paper was ripped to fit inside of SCP-XXXX once again. D-XXXX was instructed to describe a container of larger volume than its inactive state.
Results: SCP-XXXX appeared next to D-XXXX with the larger volume described. when inspecting the contents inside SCP-XXXX multiple (70) sheets of full-sized 297 millimeters by 210 millimeters printer paper were inside. When inspected, it has been shown to have the exact same molecular structure as regular printer paper.
5. SCP-XXXX was placed in an indestructible container. D-XXXX was requested to say [REDACTED]
