SCP-573 "The Shower"date 17/07/2013 (rough draft(removed entries may be added later))
object class Euclid
containment procedures
SCP-573 is to be kept in A stainless steel cage locked via a keypad. the code is ██████. And must be kept in a 2 by 2 by 4-meter heat-insulated room. The room must be at -200 degrees celsius at all times unless testing. And is to be held at site-██. (it may be moved in case of an emergency.)
description
SCP-573 is a shower like object. the shower curtains are yellow with 1 green flower and 1 blue flower on it. there doesn't seem to be any pipe system, and we're still trying to figure out where the water comes from and where it goes to. What is interesting is that in our testing with class-D, they were "entranced". sometimes when the testee would look at the shower, it would make them want to take a shower. (There is no pattern with the testee's of behavior though.) once in they would set it at the desired temperature and SCP-573 would begin its cycle. the shower would slowly get hotter and hotter at a rate of 3 degrees celsius a second. till the skin and muscle would start to melt. then SCP-573 will cool down to 0 degrees celsius. the body will then become a jelly-like substance, with all that's left, is the remaining bones. Then the melted specimen (which we will call SCP-574) would then go down the drain too. the drain, in particular, goes into a new dimension. this dimension is similar to ours but instead, everyone eats SCP-574. And Since SCP-573 is new we still don't know much about SCP-573, but more testing will be done in the future.
background
it was found recently in 2012 but some of the bloodstains date as far back as the 1900s. it was located in a demolished buried bathhouse (we presume) as a "new invention" even though they were created in the 1700s.
