Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-2 is to be contained in a custom made 3 m x 3 m x 3 m plexiglass-covered metal basin 3 m above the ground on scaffolding. Feeding must happen once every two weeks with the food weighing ten (10) kilograms and can vary from any organic material. The food is to be dropped into a two (2) door-pipe system. Food will be dropped down the pipe and hit the first door, which will then open. The food will drop and hit second door, the first door will then close. Once the first door closes the second one will open and release the food to SCP-XXXX-2's basin.

When experimenting is conducted, SCP-XXXX-2 is to be securely poured into a large enough plastic container through a nozzle near the base of the basin. After testing, cleansing, moving or repairing has finished, all temporary containers must be incinerated. The main container of SCP-XXXX-2 is also required to have a filtration system as found in Dr. ███████'s blue prints. The filtration system is to be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis, decontaminated, and then reinstated as well as monitored by two (2) personnel to make sure no leaks or cracks appear in the system.

SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a standard high value item containment locker at Site-14. The locker is to be entered by no fewer than 2 personnel at a time. No items, excluding clipboards and retractable pencils, are allowed inside the containment chamber. All personnel must have their nails trimmed prior to entering the locker and must have psychological screening at least twice a week.

Description: SCP-XXXX are an omnivorous, previously undiscovered, colony of Amoeba. An individual instance usually contains two parts. The first part is a cell wall, which more closely resembles and behaves like that of a plant's cell wall. The second part is the organelles. Many of the organelles have been recorded in other species of Amoeba, such as Amphidinium, Karenia, and Symbiodinium. DNA from SCP-008 and SCP-███ has been found inside the nucleus. There are some organelles that do not resemble anything like other species and are believed to have evolved naturally with SCP-XXXX.

An individual instance is not noticeable to the human eye and must be observed under magnification. Once an instance has entered a body, SCP-XXXX will travel directly to the heart of the subject. After the instances infect the heart, it starts eating away at all nearby muscle mass and, if left alone for long enough bone. SCP-XXXX then starts a brief hibernation period, after which all instances of SCP-XXXX in the body will duplicate.

SCP-XXXX-1 is the initial basin which the original colony of SCP-XXXX was found in. The basin has "████ Prometheus Labs" welded into the front of it in 14 karat gold. SCP-XXXX-1 emits cognito-hazardous rays which force a subject to crawl in the basin and slaughter themselves using any weapon on them. If no weapon is available subject will try to ███ ████ their ██████ using their fingernails. If subject's fingernails are inefficient subject will lay in SCP-XXXX-1 in a foetal position until forcibly removed.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX 1 and 2 were found in the basement of ███████ Hospital, in ███████, Norway, completely abandoned with clothing next to a basin that housed SCP-XXXX at the time. Mobile Task Force Epsilon-6 "Village Idiots" was dispatched after an embedded agent heard rumors of "men being eaten by water." SCP-XXXX was recovered without further incident and a cover story of a sinkhole in the basement of the hospital was used. POI remains missing and investigations are ongoing.

Addendum SCP-XXXX-A: For all those suggesting these two anomalies be separated into two different files, this file will remain as is due to the facts that they were discovered together and the perpetrator is still at large. We are still trying to find ██ ex-employees of Prometheus Labs. Once all have been found the splitting up the anomalies will be considered. - O5-██
